The most spacious of all our properties, the Gran Bahama villas offer more than 1,700 square feet of living area, perfect for larger families looking for accommodation near the Magic Kingdom. This villa boasts three bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living room. This home also has a full kitchen, private washer and dryer, and kid-friendly items like a high chair. So whether you start your day off with a coffee on the screened balcony of your villa, a swim in one of Bahama Bay's four pools, or a walk around the beautifully maintained grounds, Bahama Bay is an ideal location for your next Orlando vacation.

The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more! The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

No big groups are allowed at this vacation rental.
All shared amenities are open and operating under limited capacity and new operating hours. Specific information will be provided after booking.

Please note:
Outdoor parking is available at no charge.
Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.
Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
