No sólo va a amar la cocina abierta con barra de desayuno le encantará también el hecho de que la sala de estar con vistas a la piscina cristalina con cascadas. Tal vez va a encantar porque nadie respalda a excepción de que la conservación de la tierra o porque si usted no tiene ganas de ir a Disney le puede a uno de los lagos y hacer un poco de pesca.

No se olvide sólo porque usted tiene el comedor formal todavía puede deslizarse fuera y sentarse debajo de la terraza y disfrutar de la brisa fresca y el aerosol de la piscina.

El dormitorio principal también tiene controles deslizantes para la piscina, y una vez que el sol ha bajado, puede sumergirse en la bañera de gran tamaño en la suite principal. Property was nice and comfortable and the kids loved the pool. Only issue was ac in 2 of the rooms doesn’t get as cold as the the other room or living room and you can only lower the air to 73 which was a big no no for us but other then that the house was amazing and again comfortable and easy to check in.

Sunset Lakes was once a lovely well kept community, sadly it's gone downhill now with a lot of properties looking very tired and untidy. Many Cars parked on street and sidewalks.This villa was no exception, the owners have done a couple of updates, but have a very long way to go, it was extremely dirty, the master bed was so uncomfortable we had to sleep in another bedroom, bathroom fittings were dreadful, the bath plugs looked like a rat had been gnawing at them, the kitchen units were disgusting, the worst parts of it had been covered in adhesive tape which had also started to deteriorate as its been on there so long. Broken electrical fittings, there was so many bad this about this villa, it's an insult to charge money to stay there.

The property is close to Western Way which is the backside of Animal Kingdom. The house is very worn. There is only one of each utensil for cooking. The refrigerator inside shelves and doors are missing. Pillows are most likely from the dollar store…so flat. The pool area is in desperate need of TLC!! The screens are damaged and animals can come in. The pool is missing tiles and is leaking and losing water at a rate that the pump will be compromised. It’s just fine! Yes the cleaners do a great job but no up keep!

The location of the house was great and being in a gated neighborhood made us feel very safe. The house was excellent and lived up to the description provided in the listing. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Exactly as advertised.

This particular house was very clean and neat. Large bedrooms and baths were very nice. It housed 5 adults with room to spare. The close proximity to the Disney parks made it even better. No complaints here at all!

Great family vacation

Great location and close to Disney. Overall stay was awesome just a few issues. Dishes were dirty and needed a quick cleaning, two huge bugs in bathroom tub closest to pool which could have come up out of drain, not sure. Other than that the place was very clean and we had a fun vacation. Just want to recommend to owner to allow guests the ability to lower air conditioner to below 72, it was very humid in front bedroom.

Great Spring Break stay

The property is close to the Disney parks and shopping. The house was just the right size and it was a quiet neighborhood. Had a mix up with the property management on the pool heat, but we ultimately didn't turn it on. The day we swam it was fine. The master bedroom bed needs updating. A bit on the lumpy side. Overall, it was a good stay.

Fantastic villa and location

This villa is in a very convenient location, about 15 minutes from Disney parks. Check in was very easy, although we did not have any communication from the owner after sending us the address. No notes on how to leave the villa etc, but we did what we thought was needed…stripped beds, swept up, etc. The villa was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Loved the washing machine, but no airer or washing line I thought odd, especially with the climate? We used chairs to hang the washing on. Would definitely stay here again.

Totally shocking very aggressive host who shouted and swore at me down the phone. Needless to say we didn’t stay there

This is a total fabrication, this guest never stayed at the property. the reviewer paid the first installment to rent the property but never paid the final payment, we never spoke to this guest via telephone.

Overall nice but needs updating

Overall comfortable stay. Pros: nice location, quiet neighborhood, lots of space to spread out, pool clean and property inside and out was generally clean. Property manager was very quick to respond Cons: house is dated. Missing slats on the blinds, all appliances need major updating; dryer took multiple rounds to dry clothes, washer did not fill to the level chosen, dishwasher old and didn't clean well, light above stove not working, fridge ice maker loud and leaked. Tiles on the floor were cracked chunks missing from them. There was an ant problem in the house, but the property manager addressed it very quickly. The pool did not included heating, and the up charge to put the heater on was unreasonable. Also found it strange that they wanted cash for the heater to be turned on. Toilet seat for the powder room was missing. The repair man showed up the next day to replace it, but we were not warned he would be coming. Would have been nice to get a heads up that they would be showing up. TVs were all smaller size, and not all had the same access to channels as the main one in the living room

First time renters! We enjoyed it!

We enjoyed the home! The online pictures are accurate but didn't do it justice in my opinion. It actually looks better in person. It's very spacious. We loved the safety of the gated community and having access to community related things. Although we wanted to us the pool during our December stay, unfortunately the pool heat didn't work and couldn't be fixed during our stay but the owner made sure I got the pool heat money back and he promptly called me to explain the issue. Had it been fixed while we were there, the owner wasn't going to charge for the pool heat which I thought was super nice of him. The pool repairman was there the day we were checking out so I know for a fact it was being fixed for future renters. We weren't disappointed though because we were so busy with Disney World theme parks and all that we just wanted to shower and go to bed when we were at the house. I love that all the rooms have tvs too. And there is a half bathroom next to the laundry room. There were only instructions on what to do with bedding and towels with washing. No other instructions upon checking out. But I've rented enough condos, cabins, and homes that I just did the standard of what they ask when I check out with those places. I would rent here again, if the opportunity comes up. It's a beautiful neighborhood. It was peaceful and quiet for us. The drive was great too and from the parks too. You are also super close to anything you need like Walmart. Stores. Gas stations. Gift shops. Restaurants. Etc.

Communication with the host was challenging. The temperature inside was humid and uncomfortable. The screen over the pool was ripped with debri in the pool. The game room was in a over heated garage.My family made the best of the trip, since we were not in the house much .

Property was in a very nice area. The property itself is worn and could’ve been cleaner. Bug traps in the kitchen cabinets were off-putting. Dishes were dirty and needed to be cleaned before use. 72 degree lock on thermostat is way too hot and humid for June. Bedding was very hot and the twin beds are awful. Lanai cover had multiple tears including one large hole on top so pool was full of bugs every day. Another tear by gate so a small snake got in the pool. Pool man came with no warning, we went to the back yard our first morning and found a man back there, no heads up. Asked owner how to use lights inside of pool with no reply. Only heard from him with check in instructions. No cleaning instructions but bagged up all trash, ran towels in washer and dishes in dishwasher. All doors were unlocked upon arrival, even back doors leading to pool. Let owner know about that. The place was fine for the few nights but not our favorite.

Great location

If you are headed to Disney, this is the place to stay. A five minute drive! Restaurants and stores very close by. Of course the pool was our favorite feature!
