Discover our 120m² villa with swimming pool and garden located in a residential area 10 minutes walk from the historic centre of Saint Paul Trois Châteaux. A real gateway to the Drôme Provençale, this village is rich in heritage and culture. It is the starting point for many hikes and excursions...
Our villa is composed on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher/oven/microwave, coffee machine), living/dining room with TV, toilet and shower.
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds (140x190) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a large bathroom with shower + bath, a separate toilet. All rooms have mosquito nets and ceiling fans.
The air-conditioning of our house is done via a very efficient ceiling fan in each room and bedroom.
Our 3x7 m swimming pool is salt water and our garden has a swing for the children.
We can lend bicycles (2 adults + 2 children 5 and 7 years old) if necessary.
Very beautiful region, ideal for cycling, hiking, visiting medieval villages and castles. Less than 50 km from our villa are the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Mont Ventoux, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet (prehistoric drawings dating back 36,000 years), Vaison la Romaine, Orange, Carpentras; numerous festivals in the region.
