Nicole and Yves-Marie are happy to welcome you in this magnificent, typically richelaise mansion, completely renovated, located 500 m from the famous greenway connecting Chinon to Richelieu, 5 km from Richelieu, 23 km from Chinon and 52 km from the Futuroscope.
You will have full use of the house, the garden and the secure heated swimming pool (15 april to mid-October).
The large area of ​​the 4 rooms (between 23 and 32 m2), gives this house a very special lightness and sweetness of life.
The Cottage Sainte Geneviève was built in 1862, with the stones of the Château de Richelieu. Its high ceilings and the large surface area of ​​each room create a peaceful and delicate Balzacian atmosphere, where you will find in the many libraries located in the Living room and the Ocher Room, many books and various works, specific to your relaxation.
Outside the summer season, you can enjoy a fireplace and provide you with wood for some outbreaks.
With a total surface area of ​​110 m2, large rooms (living room and Chinese Ink Room on 32 m2, Kitchen-Living room and Ocher Bedroom on 23 m2, 3 poles of commode (1 on the ground floor), 1 in the bathroom in the Ocher Room and one in the bathroom, a private garden of 600 m2 adjoining the pool area of ​​the same surface, the view of the park, the isolation and tranquility in the middle of the meadows, everything has been implemented to make your stay as pleasant as possible
The swimming pool, in the middle of the rose bushes (at the end of construction and ready for May 1st), will delight you. Pool towels will be available for hire for € 3.
The thickness of the walls of 70 cm offers you, inside the house, a soft freshness in summer, without having to resort to artificial air conditioning.
To take advantage in particular of the Voie Verte which connects Chinon to Richelieu, bicycles for hire and at low prices are available to you (€ 12 for 2 to 4 days, and € 17 for 4 to 7 days). We have provided you with 2 men's bikes, 2 women's bikes and 2 children's bikes.
For any stay of less than 1 week, the rental rate for sheets is € 15 per bed and € 6 per toilet set (bath towel, towel, glove)
