The Signature couldn’t be closer to all of the action Las Vegas has to offer! Located just steps away from the strip means easy access at any time. Enjoy endless shops, restaurants, shows, casinos, and even rides. Looking for something else to do? Topgolf is just feet away from your front door.



Getting Around:

In the case the you need to get around town, there are many options to choose from! Hop on the SLS Monorail located just behind the building or use services such as Lyft and Uber. A short walk to Koval and Harmon will provide you access to a bus stop as well. Exotic car rentals are always worth a spin for special occasions! Keep in mind there is still much to be seen within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

* No additional taxes or resort fees

* The Signature will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out.

* If we are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, you may leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay.

* Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available on demand for a price.

* The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies.

* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.

* You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

* If a guest requests maintenance service but leaves the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on, a penalty will be charged: $175 for visits between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and $325 for visits outside of these hours (from 4:31 PM to 9:29 AM). Please note, this penalty is imposed by The Signature and will be passed on to the guest if the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign is left on.



Interaction with Guests:

The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.
