Come on down to your 520-square-foot suite and immerse yourself in pure luxury. Enjoy a dedicated sitting area with state-of-the-art entertainment technology, full kitchenette, king-sized bed with luxurious bathroom accommodations.

Designer furnishings including a king size bed with a sofa-bed couch. Luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, a large shower and a separate jetted bathtub perfect for relaxation. The toilet is in a separate enclosed room within the large bathroom. Nice sized kitchenette with a microwave, two-burner cook top, and a mini-fridge. Glassware, tableware, basic cookware, and utensils can be provided by contacting the front desk upon arrival. Also included is a coffee maker to enjoy that morning cup of Joe. Located just a block from the Strip with an endless number of restaurants within walking distance.

Free valet parking. You can access all the amenities at the Signature pool and gym. The Signature offers free concierge services for guests, free WiFi, room service and laundry facilities (for a fee, detergent is not provided). Pool access is free with complimentary towels, while food and drink available for purchase. Spa services also available on premises.

Our stay at MGM Signature was everything we needed and more! Communication with our host was prompt and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs and in a great location..super easy to get everywhere we were going. The kitchen and Jacuzzi tub were a huge bonus. We ordered groceries delivered so coffee in the room and snacks saved us some. We were walking 10-15 miles a day and the Jacuzzi tub saved our tired bodies. Will absolutely stay here again.

Luis was very communicative. He ensured I got checked in ok and periodically checked in during my stay to see if I needed anything. The condo was clean and it was great being on the 2nd floor of Tower 1. I was there for a convention at MGM Grand and with all the walking we do for the convention I was glad to not have to go far to get back to my room daily. The resort staff is friendly and professional, and the resort is updated and well appointed.

The room was nice and clean. The gym looked really good, although I didn't use it. The laundry was nice and really clean. The only thing that was a problem as we were late rises when you went to have a shower on 3 of the 5 mornings the water was just warm it was bordering on cold, that was my only complaint, I just put it down to early bird get a hot shower but overall really good and Luis was in contact alot which was a nice touch.

I love this property. I like the security at the gate and front door. The suite is in Tower 1, which means the Starbucks is downstairs, which is convenient. This location was very convenient for us, as we Uber everywhere. The only thing to be concerned about is sometimes the rideshare cars get clogged up at the front gate.Communication with Luis was great. We were able to check in early. The suite was clean and as advertised. I would love to stay here again!

Great for a three night stay for Formula 1. Unit is in Tower 1, second floor. Liked the small sitting area/table in the room; bathroom is spacious though doors can use some repainting. Liked that it was quiet, away from the noise of the strip but still walkable. Gym was nice and spacious. We appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby; otherwise at least 15 minute walk to coffee/restaurants on Las Vegas Blvd. Host was very responsive.

Great affordable option to stay at the Strip

Room was spacious and as advertised. Check in was easy and we did not have any issues with parking. Very convenient to get to the Strip and the trams at the MGM.

Great spot

We really enjoyed this room! Nice and clean and great amenities. I highly recommend it and would stay here again. We liked the jacuzzi tub, the bed, and the location is really nice too. Right next to the monorail and mgm, but not right in the chaos that is the strip. Affordable too!

The room was quiet and spacious with a full sized bath tub, stove, mw, coffee pot.There was a little disconnect between the front desk and the property manager. It took a couple hours to get the wifi resolved. Overall it was a good place to stay

Very Comfortable

The property is great, easy access to dining and Las Vegas Metro system. A recommended option for those that attend a convention. Kitchenette allows for a quick breakfast in your room and the ability to prepare a sack lunch if you're manning a booth!

The room looked a lot nicer in the pictures but when we got there we saw worn ceiling in the bathroom, beat up baseboards and door bottoms. Also since it was privately owned even though it was in the hotel we could not get a new iron as the one in the room was covered in melted wax or plastic and the service desk said I had to contact the VRBO host instead. I did but the iron never came. Also the fire alarm went off randomly and security came to question if we were smoking but we were not as neither my wife or I smoke. They determined it was the steam from the shower. Overall I expected a bit of a better experience. Didn’t seem better than us just getting a hotel room outright. Had less services available than a regular hotel. Even Air B&Bs we’d stayed at were better.
