A101 is a beautiful 1 bd, 1 bath, oceanview condo with AC. The corner location has side windows that look onto the pool area. This ground floor location provides quick access to the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, the park and ocean. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The furnishings are light and beachy which are calming and relaxing. Recently remodeled, the floor is lamanite throughout. The kitchen and bathroom have granite counters. You can enjoy dining on the lanai while watching spectacular sunsets. This condo asks you to relax and feel the ocean breeze.
