Excellent sunset views with easy access to the beach. The building itself is older, but the condo was very comfortable and while not freshly renovated was still in good condition. Many windows are louvered to let the breeze through which is really nice, it also lets in noise from the walkway areas. Parking spaces are very tight. We rented a Toyota Rav 4 and it was hard to get in and out of the vehicle. All things considered this is and excellent rental and I would rent here again.

Great stay!

Wonderful location. Loved watching the dog meetups on the lawn! Whales visible from the lanai the first day. Lots of amenities for our two week visit…full kitchen good to have.

Everything we needed and wanted

We have never stayed on the side of Kihei rd. that directly connects to the ocean. After staying here, I am not sure why we never did! The views were amazing! The property is smaller and I enjoyed that. The AC was beyond cold, and all of the amenities were exactly what our family of 4 needed. In a perfect world there would be in unit washer/dryer, but having the paid washer and dryer downstairs and being able to pay by app was also not bad at all.

Great place and location on Maui

This is a very clean and nicely appointed home. The location is prime for Maui, n Kinhei, close to many beaches, restaurants and sites. Great view from the balcony. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful view and responsive management

We had a lovely stay. The condo building itself may give you pause, the exterior is a little dated. But the pool was immaculate, the view was stunning and management was responsive and informative. Our condo unit suited all our needs and was also clean and comfortable.

Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice with spectacular views! Close to the ocean and sunsets. We were close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. It was hard to leave when our vacation was over.

Lanai furniture way too low so that when you sit outside to enjoy the view (and sunset), the railing is right in the line of vision. Other units have high top and that would greatly enhance all the time we spend on the lanai.

Perfect Retreat

The condo wasn’t the most modern or the most spacious but it had a lovely Hawaiian ambiance and was extremely comfortable. The view was fabulous and the pool and grounds kept immaculate. We had a problem with the fridge and the management team got it sorted as soon as they could and the owners were quick to respond. The location was idyllic but restricted choice of bars restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great apartment in Kihei

I recently stayed at this fantastic property in Kihei and had an exceptional experience. The location is ideal, just a short walk/drive from beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property was immaculate, with a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Nice Place

Nice place in awesome location. Actually nicer than the pics show. That picture of the lanai makes it look decievingly small, it's much bigger than that pic looks. Beautiful view of the park and ocean. Great kitchen, well stocked, lots of little extras. I've stayed in three different beachside condos in this price range and this is the best kept up and by far the nicest. Few little thing could have been cleaner, tub, top of the fridge but that's minor. The biggest frustration is the parking. The listing clearly notes parking for small cars only, but there's no enforcement. The parking spots are easily a foot narrower than a standard spot. My little Corolla was regularly sandwhiched between a full size van and full size pickup and was often nearly impossible to get in/out of. That was pretty frustrating. Yes, I'm sure I could go find the on site guy or call the office, but who wants that hassle on vacation. Overall though, really nice and recommended. If I had suggestions for improvement, I'd say get a head board for that bed frame and a front screen door, like some of the other units, would be nice to let the breeze through. Can't beat those trade winds.

The Perfect Ocean View

We had an Excellent time in the condo. Walking a long the ocean shore we saw several turtles relaxing on the beach. We were also able to watch the whales from the balcony of the condo. Take Care Have Fun.

Great place to stay

The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and well stocked. The view is incredible, if you visit in whale season, be sure to bring your binoculars. We loved watching the whales from the lanai. And the sunsets were spectacular. Condo is located in an older complex, but it is very well maintained. Stephen, the on site property manager is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This unit is in a perfect location,not too huge a building, beach out the front, watch the sunsets from the lanai, good selection of cooking utensils,but bring your own salt,pepper and sugar. Every thing was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.
