Three story building with open corridors, wrapping an infinity pool, accommodates 31 units. Complimentary parking, cable TV and Wi-Fi. You can visit the pristine Key Biscayne Beach with complimentary access to the Beach Club or, enjoy a bike ride on a Beach Haus bike ready for you.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at the Beach Haus. The location was perfect and the pool and surrounding area were lovely.My only critique is that although there was plenty of hanging space for clothes and 3 drawers, it would have been nice to have a dresser or a few more drawers to properly unpack. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Just Right

This rental met the needs of my family for a short stay on Key Biscayne. The location is perfect walking distance to grocery, restaurants, park, beaches, etc. My kids enjoyed the pool. The unit is clean, nice beds and shower. The living space had only the small lounger for sitting, another chair would be nice. The lighting in the living space area was difficult as well, but these are just small things. Overall, the experience was great.

Our stay in Key Biscayne

It’s a nice property near the Ritz Carlton and in walking distance to a beautiful beach. The listing on VRBO shows a nice sitting area with spacious rooms and a bright and sunny kitchen, and it lists washer and dryer which makes you think it’s in the room. The actual room has a tiny couch really only good for one person, and a small kitchen which was fine but inside the unit (not the open and bright one you see in the photo). The beds look large and the rooms look spacious in the photo but in actuality it’s a full size bed and two twins, and the rooms are small with night tables but no other furniture, just a closet with some shelves and drawers. If you want toilet paper and extra towels, it’s not included in the Vrbo deal and you have to flag down the cleaning staff. Since towels aren’t plentiful or offered, you may have to wash them in the laundry machines in the common area (a small room by the pool with machines that are coin operated - 2 dollars for washer and 2 dollars for the dryer.) Overall though, the room is clean and the kitchen is decent (no dishwasher) and we loved having a nespresso machine. The supermarket and shops are all walking distance too, and you can call a ride to local places with a free taxi service. The beach is beautiful, and the ritz allows guests from this development Tuesday to Friday. In general though, you can access the beach and use umbrellas and lounge chairs through a separate private club that allows guests from this development inside.

Great escape to Key Biscayne

The property provides a unique option for a Key Biscayne short-term rental. The unit is walkable to several great restaurants and local shopping. Access to the Key Biscayne Beach Club, which is just steps away, makes this a game changer. The accommodations are spartan (e.g., minimal seating, etc), but the units are clean and have everything you need to enjoy a short stay. I would recommend to anyone looking to spend a few days on KB.

Great location and close to all attractions. Was in town with some friends for a couple fishing charters. It was nice to walk to the beach and relax at the pool. Very clean and accommodating facility.
