We are excited to offer our guests luxury suites at the Signature MGM condo-hotel! Get access to all amenities like any other hotel guest does, including the MGM Grand Pool. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Delights Cafe in Tower 2 is your spot for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner.

The Space:
Step into your 550 sq ft retreat and savor the sweeping views of the Strip. Your suite features a convenient kitchenette and a lavish marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower.

This chic condo is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as an entertainment center boasting a flat-screen TV. Dive into relaxation at the pool or maintain your fitness routine at the on-site fitness center.

Each unit offers a private bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries, while plush towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. Stay comfortably cool with air conditioning throughout the property, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi available throughout your stay. Free valet parking is also included.

Guest Access:
There are 3 swimming pools at Signature MGM but you will also have access to the MGM Grand Wave Pool. There are two fitness centers located in Tower 1 and 3. For our Furry Friends there is a dog park located in near the main entrance in Tower 2.

Las Vegas Strip is the ideal destination for those who love shopping, nightlife, and entertainment. Our Suites at the Signature MGM are just half a mile away from the iconic Strip, offering easy access to a plethora of restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping venues.

For your convenience, McCarran International Airport is a short 1.9-mile drive from our property. The Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace is a mere 0.9 miles away, and if you're looking for some outdoor entertainment, the Henderson amphitheater is just 11 miles from our location. Enjoy the best of Las Vegas right at your doorstep.
