THE VILLA

Villa Casa Sand is a luxurious property, nestled on the hill of Anse Marcel, not far from the beach and the marina, on the edge of a private road that offers peace and privacy.

The villa is entirely on one level with a large living room overlooking the pool and the sea.

All rooms have their sea view, and direct access to the terrace as well as their private bathroom.

A visitor toilet is available to your guests.


TRAVELER ACCESS

You will have exclusive access to the villa and its swimming pool.


INTERACTION WITH TRAVELERS

You will be greeted by my managerial couple Daphnée and Gilles who will take care of you during your stay and can give you tips on the island or book activities and restaurants for you.

Housekeeping is provided every other day during the stay, except on Sundays and public holidays.


GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE AREA

The Anse Marcel district has the particularity of bringing together a dream beach and a marina in a preserved and sheltered natural site of extreme beauty.

It is the ideal place for nautical activities with sail or motor:
* boat rental
* charter boat (sailing and power engine)
* diving
* jet ski
* towed buoy

It is also a place that hosts one of the best restaurants on the island by the sea: the beach restaurant Anse Marcel Beach.

You will also find a grocery store, an Italian restaurant, and soon an ice cream parlor.

Saint-Martin being a small island, you will therefore also be very close to all the other points of attraction of the island (beaches, gourmet restaurants, casinos) or airports.


TRANSPORTATION

A rental car is recommended to get around and explore the 37 beaches of Saint-Martin, even if Anse Marcel is one of the most beautiful.

We can recommend you serious car rental companies, offering a wide range of vehicles, available at the airport or directly at the villa, with impeccable service, at very competitive prices.

REMARKS

The villa is equipped with a very useful cistern to compensate for possible water cuts and an electric generator.

Bedroom 1 is accessible from the living room.

Bedroom 2 is accessible via the separation door with bedroom 1 or via its bay window which opens onto the outdoor terrace.

Bedroom 3 is accessible via the outdoor terrace.
