Villa Ti Case is a new 5 bedrooms waterfront holiday rental, run by professional Property Manager Nina (read her other properties reviews on listings #891443 and #3893381) and located in a gated luxury residence occupied by private houses, holiday rentals and hotels.

Less than 5 min drive to: French bakery, restaurants and beach bars, beaches, grocery stores, souvenir and clothing shops, boat charters, water sports, equestrian center, hikes.

The Villa is equipped with AC in all rooms, optic fiber wifi, kayaks, beach towels, a washing machine and dryer, and much more.

The outdoor of the property features a shaded lounge patio, a dining area, pool deckchairs and a private access to the ocean via a gate at the bottom of the property.

The interior consists of:
- Ocean view Master bedroom on its own floor, with an office, bathroom and private furnished balcony. Bed set up: King-size.

- Second bedroom with ensuite bathroom, separate WC. Bed set up: King size or Twin beds.

- Third bedroom with an ocean view, shared separate bathroom, separate WC. Bed set up: king size.

- Fourth bedroom with shared bathroom. Bed set up: King size or Twin beds.

- Fifth bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, 1 king size bed. This bedroom is outside the main building with its own access.

- 2 fully equipped kitchen, convenient for 2 families or when you hire a private chef.
