This comfortable home is the perfect retreat for your next Hilton Head Island getaway. Boasting three bedrooms, plus a loft and three full baths, it comfortably sleeps ten.

From the entry, the coastal feeling dining room is to your right. Offering seating for six and a large trestle table, the dining room provides direct access to the eat-in kitchen and a spot for sipping coffee while reading, playing games or gathering to plan your daily itinerary. The bright and spacious kitchen has wood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and gray countertops. The cook and their helpers will have fun preparing all their favorite dishes.

The cheery living room has vaulted ceilings, a four-piece seating group with two matching sofas, two wood-frame chairs, and a 65” flat screen TV for use with your streaming Prime or Netflix accounts. A decorative fireplace and wall of windows, add ambiance to the room.

Two bedrooms and two full baths are located on the main level. The master bedroom offers secluded privacy with a king bed, double dresser and draws, with a large walk-in closet. In the master bath there is a deep soaking tub as well as a stand-alone shower, single sink and makeup area. A 43” flat screen TV is perfect for catching up on the morning news or watching a late-night movie without disturbing anyone else in the house. There is access to the back deck from this room.

The kid’s room has sleeping space for four with the duo-bunk (twin over a double) and another separate twin bed. A flat screen TV with built-in DVD player is available for the kids. The hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves this room as well as being convenient for others.

Upstairs, you’ll find the third bedroom, offering a queen bed with a bright and cheery beach-themed quilt and a flat screen TV. Off white and natural wood furniture lends a modern feel. This bedroom has access to the third full bath with shower and a private deck. The loft overlooks the living room and offers a queen sleep sofa. A ratan chair offers a quiet reading nook.

The large deck off the back of the house offers a great hot tub that seats five to soothe those aching muscles or simply relax while surrounded by nature. A dining table seating six with umbrella provides space for alfresco dining. On the patio a four-seat conversation area adds additional seating and offers a gas grill. New for 2024 is the swimming pool with tanning ledge and water bubblers, and new hot tub. Heat is available for the pool at additional cost.

With an expansive golf course and lagoon view, this home will provide many relaxing hours to decompress on your next vacation.
