The Space:

Overlooking the Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes, this spacious, newly-updated townhouse is ready to be your next home-away-from-home for your vacation to Hilton Head Island. Prepare your favorite recipes in the full, well-equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them together in the adjacent dining area with seating for six. The warm and inviting living area features comfortable furnishings and gives access to the covered, furnished deck. A sofa bed is included in its own room for an additional sleeping option.



And when it's time to cool off, guests will enjoy access to two shared complex pools and an outdoor shower.

Great vacation spot

The place was very nice. Location was great and it was easy to get everywhere on the island. We were steps away from the pool. Everything was clean and organized .

Relaxing and comfortable stay at Fazio 23

My 3 friends and I had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Fazio 23. Nice upgraded decor and the space exceeded our expectations. Could use an upgraded refrigerator with ice and water dispenser.

Nice villa with great updates

The cleanliness of this villa was great. We owned a Fazio and rented it and whenever we arrived it was nowhere as clean as this one. The villa is updated with everything a family would need for an enjoyable stay. Furnishings are classy and the plants in the deck were an added touch, fyi we watered them all week🙂. Kitchen fully stocked for eating in. One thing to correct would be the slider and screen … difficult to close slider from outside… most Fazio have had this issue though. A great Villa, hopefully all renters appreciate what the owners have done and treat it accordingly.

Spacious and clean

This condo is very spacious. In addition to 3 bedrooms upstairs there is a front room. The living room and dining room are a nice size as well. Possible improvement would be to get a king mattress in the master bedroom and bunk beds in the front room to replace the pull out couch. The community is great with access to a pool, tennis and golf. Walking/riding distance to the beach.

Hilton Head Trip

The property was nice and perfect location. 10 minute walk to Palmetto Beach and the free Buggy service pick up was awesome. Loved the view of the backyard, nice patio and roomy inside. My only complaint is that I called Vacasa management every single day for the dishwasher not working and every day was promised someone was coming to fix it and on the last day of our trip they send someone when we weren’t there and supposedly fix it! The dishwasher was old and stinky and didn’t work! I washed dishes by hand every single day of my vacation 😡 They need to clean it a bit more, shower curtain was gross and changed every so often. They give you enough bath towels but not so much kitchen towels. The appliances need an upgrade and the tvs are small but we didn’t care cause we spent our time outdoors. Overall, it was very nice and it could have been perfect if I didn’t spent my time calling the unresponsive management.

Great stay. Great accomadations.

Awesome place. Has literally everything you need. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, dishes, pans, utencils. Coffee makers, keurig. 3 TVs. Fully furnished living room, dining room. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs; 1 bathroom & 1 office room w fold out sofabed downstairs. Just bring beach towels and groceries. Beach is an easy short walk. Other beaches are short drive. Pool is just steps from the front door. Clean, modern villa. We all loved it and wouldn't hesitate a second to stay there again. Only thing they need is handicap/wheelchair access..

Clean, neat, large overlooking golf course

We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our own spaces but then come back together for games and meals. We stayed busy on property riding bikes, taking walks, playing golf, and using the pool. Our villa was very clean and close to everything. We could walk to the beach in less than 10 mins or ride our rented bikes in just a few mins. Very highly recommend this property. Everything in the kitchen you could need. Just bring your own groceries.

Spacious Place

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was big and there was plenty of space for our kids to play. The downstairs office room was nice to have as an option as an extra bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and living room was a fun and comfortable place to hang out as a family.

Fazio was the perfect home away from home

We were thrilled with our stay at this great condo. The location was much closer to the beach than we expected, walked over to Disney daily 0.5 miles w a wagon was a cinch. We were also surprised how close we were to the general store and the pool was steps from the front door, perfect! The location was quiet, which was really nice. The view of the golf course was lovely. We spent hours on the back deck. Lovely breeze most of the time back there. We used the office with the pull out as another bedroom, as there are closets, total bonus we didn’t expect. Kitchen was stocked very well too. Great large couch and lovely window seat. (Could use a bigger TV) We really loved this place and would stay again in a heartbeat at 23. Only issues were the appliances, which definitely need an upgrading. The dryer broke the first day and it took a couple days to get someone out and they fridge is very old and was missing a shelf & the ice maker barely worked. The stove was equally old, but adequate. But given the rest of our experience, this was no big deal at all. Felt truly at home. Thank you! Our family was so sad to go. See you next year?

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is steps away from the pool and an enjoyable bike ride to the beach. We loved our bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters that were dropped off/picked up and really enjoyed riding around in the development and to Shelter Cove. Great option for staying in Hilton Head.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beach property. The location was wonderful and the home was well equipped. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill. We especially loved the pool location and the easy walk to the beach! Thank you. ❤️❤️

Great home!
