Overlooking the scenic Fazio Golf Course, this spacious, recently updated townhouse is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head Island getaway. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the home features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals, along with a dining area that comfortably seats six for shared gatherings.



The inviting living room offers cozy seating and opens onto a covered, furnished deck—an ideal spot to relax and take in the peaceful golf course views. For added flexibility, a separate room includes a sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space for guests.



When you're ready to unwind, take advantage of two shared community pools or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Located within the gated Palmetto Dunes community, you’ll be just minutes from everything Hilton Head Island has to offer. Enjoy easy access to Shelter Cove’s dining, shopping, and marina activities, all within a mile. The resort also features three championship golf courses, a renowned tennis and pickleball center, an 11-mile lagoon system for kayaking and canoeing, and miles of scenic biking and walking trails (fees may apply for select amenities).

Great location!

Great location close to everything you want

This is a beautiful property that is spacious, well maintained and just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. It was very clean, had everything we needed and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is steps away from the pool and an enjoyable bike ride to the beach. We loved our bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters that were dropped off/picked up and really enjoyed riding around in the development and to Shelter Cove. Great option for staying in Hilton Head.

It was great vacation.

The rental property is at a beautiful location, safe community with a lots of amenities and close to the beach. A grill would have added a little more value to it. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

We loved this place. Great location - close to beach , bike trail, pickle ball courts. The air conditioning kept the place nice and cool which is important in July. Well stocked kitchen

My 3 friends and I had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Fazio 23. Nice upgraded decor and the space exceeded our expectations. Could use an upgraded refrigerator with ice and water dispenser.
