Kaanapali Luxury Vacation Rentals welcomes you to our beautiful garden level Luana Villa at the Honua Kai Resort.

This luxurious villa is located within a private garden enclave at the spectacular, beach front, Honua Kai resort. This villa boasts 2047 sq. ft. of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide 562 sq. ft. lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.

Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses.

This ground level villa will provide you with instant access to your enclave’s private pool, hot tub and fire pit area. This residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.

Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children’s shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, Aina’s gourmet market and Whaler’s general store and Spa. Please note due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, resort amenities may be subject to change or closure.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of November 1, 2021 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

We have a collection of beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos in the Hokulani and Konea towers along with several gorgeous Luana Garden villas within the Honua Kai resort.

Resort has a NO PET policy.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival is subject to a 10% (of total) cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Please review the listing Terms and Conditions for more information. We highly recommend that all guests purchase a travel insurance policy. Cancelation policy is strictly enforced. All credit cards fees will be deducted before a refund is issued.

The Living/dining Room Central AC is not working and we have installed a portable AC for our guest's comfort. The rest of the villa's central AC is working fine. The replacement AC is due to be installed on Aug 20, 2025. Our rates have been reduced due to the inconvenience.

Vacation

The condo is beautiful and perfectly stocked, beach chairs in the garage, plenty of bathroom towels and all the kitchen equipment you need. Nice open are right outside the kitchen for kids to play and a short walk to the beach and pools. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

Great Stay

This is our second time staying at this property. We love the Luana Garden Villas because they are the newest addition to Honua Kai. This unit is beautiful and clean, has everything in it you need to make meals and feel completely at home. Checkin and checkout process was very simple and speedy. We will definitely be back.

We loved this Villa

We had an amazing stay at this Villa. We arrived in Maui to find out that we had complications with the vacation rental we booked. Luckily we found this place and the property manager was able to book us in this Villa as a last minute booking. She was quick to respond and very nice to work with. The unit was very spacious and the ground floor was so nice to be able to walk out and enjoy the grounds. It’s not too far a walk from the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Amazing accommodation for our family!

We had 2 families of four (2, 3 and 4 year olds) and it was perfect. Lots of space for them to run and play as well as sleep. It was beautiful inside and out. We had other family staying in the Konea tower and they were able to come join us on the lanai for dinner and evenings. So much space for a rental. Our hosts were wonderful and very quick to answer all of our requests and questions. Would definitely recommend!

Best Condo in Paradise

Beautiful property with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Enjoyed walking out the back patio and watching the kids play in the grass before walking to the beach. This property was a 10/10 - if you’re considering booking it, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Great, but not quite

We got our money’s worth albeit a rice cooker was missing. However, it is most disappointing to lose my grandson’s device, an iPad Air, inside the villa and be accused that it’s a made up story. The iPad was definitely stolen by the first guy who entered the villa after my son and family checked out. When they turned back to retrieve the iPad left on the bed, it was gone. Why would they return to retrieve something if that were all made up? It’s definitely a black mark on owners of 7A who instead of trying all means to find the device, they outright accused my son of lying. Guess what-it was the owner’s son who entered the villa first. My son also left $40, but the same guy claims there was only $20. Our lifestyle won’t change because of what we lost-but I don’t know about 7A-if they’re not trustworthy, why rent that unit? Thank you.

We’ll be back!

This was a perfect place for our family vacation! The villa is roomy, the patio and barbecue area have late afternoon sun which suited us. The grounds of this property are gorgeous and well maintained, and the management people were quick to reply to any of our needs. We had lovely times at Dukes restaurant on the property and the snorkelling right off the beach is wonderful.

The property we stayed at was amazing after all the disappointments with our original reservation.

Our original reservation cancelled the day before we were supposed to arrive in Maui. We had to go through a lot of anger and frustration before the replacement was finalized. It all worked out in the end.

Perfect Family Vacation Villa

We had an absolute great time at this villa and can’t wait to come back! It was the perfect set up for our extended family, (I.e. grandparents, aunts/uncles and small kids). We loved that we were on the ground level, so the kids could utilize the beautiful grounds and lanai each day, as well as easily walk to the pools and beach. The villa itself was like-new and had everything you needed, including beach necessities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Honua Kai paradise

Exquisite! Nothing about this property disappoints! The unit was extremely spacious and being a ground floor made it so much easier to entertain the kids just outside our door! Having a garage not only made parking a breeze but made it easy to store our dive gear and beach toys while Not having to deal with them inside the unit. Highly recommend !

Phenomenal Property, Well-Appointed, Great Host

This property had an accurate description in the listing. Very roomy and spacious, super clean, and the host was very communicative and responsive when we had a few minor issues—they were addressed/corrected immediately. The way the property has been appointed is very well thought out. High end appliances, including coffeemaker and Vitamix. For our beach trips they had available for us a rolling cooler, a wagon, 4 beach chairs, 2 large umbrellas, 2 large boogie boards, 2 kids boogie boards, and a bucket and sand toys for the little ones. Was perfect our set of grandparents, parents, and kids to share this spacious 3 bedroom. The music system (important to me) is a WiFi Bose system. We barbecued on the lanai and watched the kids as they played catch on the lawn immediately outside. Really nice to have a ground floor unit and watch the kids play outside while we lounged on the lanai.

35 wedding anniversary trip

So this was the first time we stayed in a VRBO and LOVVVED it !! Loved being on the ground floor and having the Patio and grass. Loved all the Pools and grounds in general. So Nice NOT going through a lobby every time you get back from your travels. Loved the Parking garage full of Beach: Umbrellas-Chairs-COOLER a HUGE Plus. We Usually stay at a Westin and will always "NOW "seek a VRBO first. In a Perfect world with NO Covid Scare, This Trip would have been a 100% but had a Hard time getting reservations or even Booking a Luau due to Covid. LOVED this Property and would Highly Highly Suggest it to EVERYONE !!! We had our Grown kids in there 20's but there were tons of kids at property having a Blast !!!

We couldn’t of chosen a more beautiful place to stay. Perfect for families with little ones. The Villa had everything you would need. Everything was perfect!! Owner was very nice . We will definitely rent again.

Beautiful Private Resort Vacation

My family and I loved our stay in the villas. It was the perfect blend of private and resort life. We had access to the private pools and amenities but enjoyed the privacy and quiet of a "residence". We were so glad to stay altogether in a spacious villa instead of in separate, louder hotel rooms. The villa was immaculate and had every thing we needed for a perfect stay.

Beautiful new villa

My group had an excellent week at the Luana villa in Kaanapali. Everything was exactly as shown and the amenities were close, clean, and convenient. We loved having the large lanai where we enjoyed grilling and dining outdoor in the warm evenings. This was a perfect location for our group of 5 adults and two children under 2. My only feedback that others should note is that the walls are fairly thin and noise travels between the units.

Incredible Villa!!

This Villa is amazing! Our family of 7 stayed for almost 2 weeks. The accommodations are clean, modern, and wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable! The appliances and kitchen supplies contain everything you need. We cooked almost every meal for our family. The indoor-outdoor living space on the lanai facing the sprawling lawn is perfect for pool/beach accessibility, kids to play, and to enjoy a drink or meals while watching the sunset. The property manager is extremely friendly, responsive, and thorough! She went out of her way to set up an easy check in/check out process. Also, she responded quickly to all text messages during our stay. The resort is also fantastic for families! It has many pools and a water slide. The resort staff is super kind and always made us feel welcome!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Villa and resort!!
