MASTER Bed Room with Queen Mattress ( 2ND FLOOR)
We can add additional twin bed in separate room for additional $50/ day ( 1st floor)
max occupancy for entire cottage is 3 persons)
Newly installed Vinyl Laminate flooring and new carpet. Whole unit ceilings and wall are both freshly painted. Comfortable place to stay and all you need to bring is your own food and clothing. Complimentary STARTER DRINKS AND SOAPS PROVIDED Free of charge (coffee, tea, Choco, bottled drinking water, dishwasher soap and detergent as well as laundry detergent are available free of charge for guest to start their convenient and comfortable accommodation.
SMOKE FREE AND PET FREE facilities.
Fully furnished with a spacious kitchen and lots of cabinets, a full-size cook range for baking bread, meal, deserts, etc. , dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer, bread toaster and microwave.
Dining Room is open to entry/loft area.
Dining table and chairs (We can add more chairs for additional occupants)
Main upstairs master bedroom has a comfortable queen size mattress, dresser, chairs, and storage closet as well as luggage rack.
Blackout curtains are provided for all windows which is just perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Master bedroom is on 2nd floor.
FLAT screen tv on master bedroom for guest added convenient.
All New bedding and pillows, mattress protector and comforter set.
AVAILABLE 2ND BEDROOM FOR ADDITIONAL FEE for additional guest that they can relax comfortably on comfortable single bed mattress, which equip with dresser/ storage and luggage rack
Cozy Living room includes the following:
New leather love seat and new couch
Large Flat screen TV connected to internet (to enjoy movie streaming)
Comfortable Chairs for relaxing and reading books that available in the unit bookshelves.
Coffee table, side table and Lamps provided for added convenient.
Ceiling fans with lights for added style and function of the room
It also has a completely remodeled bathroom with new tub and enclosure.
Furnished with New bath and face towels
STARTER complimentary Toiletries including hair drier/blower for added convenience.
This is strictly non-smoking property (inside and outside the unit) (sorry we don’t allow vape and similar items, including Marijuana).

This property is near to town but yet has his own privacy and very quiet. Has its own private driveway and parking. Very safe place to stay. This property is clean and comfortable and conveniently located - but very private, surrounded by trees. Easy access and very near and close to recreational areas and natural recreation, lakes, school, church, shopping malls, restaurant, movie houses and health care clinic as well as Hospitals. Wildlife viewings are frequent. We chose this property because we traveled in this area our whole life and enjoy the place and surrounding that Alaska can offer. Washer and dryer are in the unit and the fully furnished kitchen is spacious with lots of storage. Unlimited Wi-Fi are also provided free of charge.
