Pech Bouquet is a hamlet perched atop a hill, accessible via a small dead-end road. At the top, a stone cottage—completely renovated in 2018—awaits you. It features its own private pool, parking, and garden (3 hectares!).
It has 2 bedrooms, sleeping a total of five guests.

The view is panoramic, overlooking the surrounding countryside (the Monbazillac Valley) and pastures where horses and foals graze.
There is no vehicle traffic on the small road leading up to the cottages; it’s a dead-end street that turns into a hiking trail. Peace and quiet guaranteed, yet only a 10-minute drive from Bergerac.
There are three vacation rentals at the top of this hill, spaced several hundred meters apart; each has its own pool and parking area.

Petit Pech Bouquet is located 5 km from the medieval village of Issigeac, 8 km from Monbazillac, and 15 km from Bergerac and Villeréal. Local shops and a medical center are 2 km away (Bouniagues).

Petit Pech Bouquet has two bedrooms; one features a large 160-bed, and the other has three 90-beds. In the living room, a leather sofa bed can be used as an extra bed if needed.

Numerous hiking trails around the cottage, with maps available.
