Welcome to our expansive property nestled just half a mile from Crystal Mountain Lodge and Resort! This family-friendly home comfortably sleeps 10 adults, with additional space for up to 12 children. Offering plenty of space to relax and play. With 30+ acres for hiking and biking, you'll have endless opportunities to explore.

Inside, you'll find 4 bedrooms plus a spacious bunk room with a lounging area, ideal for families and groups. There are 3 living rooms, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. For entertainment, enjoy arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard, and darts in the garage, along with foosball, air hockey, snowshoes, 10 pairs of cross-country skis with boots, sleds, and more provided for your enjoyment.

Outside, take advantage of the wrap-around deck with a hot tub and glass dry sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. There are also 2 outdoor fire pits where you can gather under the stars.

For those who enjoy golfing, the renowned Crystal Mountain Golf Course is right down the road. Just like the beautiful Lake Michigan shores in Frankfort, a short 19-mile drive away. Traverse City is also within reach at 29 miles.

Additionally, we offer the option to book a charter captain for lake trout or bowfishing trips, available with advance reservation. And for those seeking culinary delights, inquire about our private chef service (additional charge and upon request).

Attention to detail! No stone left unturned in this family friendly resort. Plush amenities throughout, a chef's dream kitchen, and a game room for all ages. Highly recommend for two families looking for a week long getaway together. Many hang out rooms so you'll never feel cramped. While we enjoyed the skiing, we looked forward to "returning home" each evening to relax in the hot tub or sauna. Would return!

This beautiful home had it all and is fully stocked. It has tons of amenities and we had a sneak peak of the new items they are adding. Everything was easy, a great relaxing experience. Would definitely return.

Sensory overload! From the location to the house to the amenities, this had it all. Perfect for a guys golf trip to a family ski vacation! This house has more than enough to keep busy during down time. Centrally located to food, activities, beach. I would book again without hesitation!

Stayed here with large group of family (20) and more than enough room. Great location close to Frankfort, Crystal Lake and Traverse City. Great amenities and playroom. Can’t go wrong.

Perfect location for our Family & Friends ski trip

Outstanding home! Plenty of room for 4 families with kids and had everything we needed… large common areas and kitchen; game room in heated garage; outdoor hot tub and sauna; only a couple minutes to Crystal Mountain. Perfect location for our ski trip. Also owner and property management were both extremely responsive and helpful.

Great weekend get away

Had a group of guys up to enjoy the areas golf courses and breweries, distilleries, very welcoming once we got there we were greeted by guest, the best mis communication was we were not expecting the garage to be fully remodeled. That made it the ultimate hangout spot, it was very spacious and the amenities were great.

Awesome property! Full kitchen, 3 living rooms, pool table room, and a heated garage/ game room. 4 minute drive to the slopes. Hot tub and sauna work perfectly. We will be back!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!

Check in was easy, property manager was informative and friendly, amenities were all there …. Super impressed! Also the owner of the VRBO check in from time to time making sure we had everything we needed. Whenever I’m back in norther MI, I am absolutely staying at the Lillie Lodge! 5 STARS!!!

Buddies Golf Trip

We had an amazing time staying at the Lilley Woods Lodge. We're a group of 12 middle age men who have been doing a golf trip together since college. This house was perfect for our group...everyone had a bed, there was plenty of space to relax, the game room(s) were fun, the sauna and hot tub were great...it provided a little something for everyone. I'd highly recommend the Lilley Woods Lodge and hope to make it back with my family for our annual ski trip this winter...the kids would love the bunk room.

Rocky’s Annual Family Vacay

There’s only one word to describe this property: GORGEOUS!!! The location is spectacular with total seclusion in a wooded area with deer on the property. The home is massive and beautifully decorated and laid out. Plenty of room for our crew of 20. Centrally located near Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Empire Beach may be the nicest beach I’ve been to on Lake Michigan so far. And the hosts are phenomenal! Always making sure everything is just right and I had excellent, fast communication with them for check in. They even checked in with me to see if everything was perfect. I can’t rave enough about this place which is why we were repeat customers. Don’t hesitate, it’s worth every penny. The memories are priceless!

Wonderful Lodge

My family, consisting of 8 adults and 5 grand children ages 7 and under, had a wonderful time at the Lilley Woods Lodge. The lodge was well stocked with basic supplies, there was good wifi, and there was plenty of room for everyone, even for one family member who had to find a quiet place to "work from home" for a couple of days. There was a large paved driveway for the grandkids to ride their bikes on, and plenty of dry seasoned firewood to enjoy the two fire pits. There is a great beach on Lake Michigan in Elberta that is a short drive away as well as a nice grocery store in Benzonia. If you are looking for a quality place to spend some quality time with your family the Lilley Woods Lodge is the place for you.

Lilly Lodge-Summer Family Get Away

Lilly Lodge is a beautiful home. Our family stay was everything we could have asked for. We had 15 people including children. Our elderly parents stayed in the main level master suite and loved it. The bunk room is fantastic for young families. The property is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped. The full size refrigerator and freezer in the garage accommodated our family needs perfectly. We ventured out to Frankfort beach and St. Ambrose Cellars. I highly recommend the property and look forward to our next stay. Thank you Lilly Lodge!

Amazing 40th Birthday w/ Friends & Family

This property was absolutely perfect for entertaining our friends & family! The house was stocked with everything from high-end kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, coffee, condiments, toiletries, and games! The only thing you need to pack is your clothes, and food. Or, you can do what we did and hire the private chef who made the experience even better!! My husband’s 40th dinner was incredible and we will remember it for many years to follow. Everything was amazing, including the proximity to Crystal Mountain. Five stars in all categories is not enough! Also, thank you again to the property manager and owner for making everything perfect and beyond our expectations! We’ll be back!!

Perfect family getaway retreat!

We stayed here for a family trip with 20 people (12 adults and 8 young children). We were impressed with the amenities - the kitchen was stocked with every gadget you can imagine and loved the extra fridge/freezer space in the garage. The sleeping arrangements were great - all bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms had several towel sets and toiletries, including toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner minis. The dining room table, side porch room and bar seating were perfect for eating meals. We loved relaxing on the back deck and spent lots of time playing in the driveway which became a perfect stage for a family talent show. The game room was where most time was spent - endless ping pong, shuffle board and air hockey tournaments - fun for the kids and adults! In addition the game room had a large TV and excellent sound system. The main living room area was very spacious and comfortable. The back living room was a nice quiet getaway for movie nights. The property was beautiful and well maintained. It felt very private and serene - we all loved taking nightly nature walks, swinging on the big tree swing, and bonfires on the two nicely stocked pits. The location of the property allowed us to take day trips to the beach and cities within 20-45 minute drives. We’d recommend this stay to any family looking to gather together for some fun and great memories!
