Willy T's Crystal Mountain Ski & Golf Cottage

Welcome to Willy T's Crystal Mountain Golf & Ski Cottage. This home was completely remodeled in 2022 and is located in the Crystal Mountain Village neighborhood. After a long day on the slopes gather your friends and family around the fireplace for some hot chocolate. Our cottage features; 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths including a private master bath. A spectacular fully appointed kitchen with a snack bar. There is a fully finished basement with a living room and foosball table for family fun.

This wonderful Ski/Golf Chalet is centrally located to some of our local favorites; Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course (even if you're not a golfer, you can enjoy dinner there with a million dollar view), Iron Fish Distillery (A must), The world famous Cherry Hut (for a Cherry Pie), St. Ambrose Cellars, The Roadhouse Mexican Grill (best Margarita our book), Sleeping Bears Dunes, downtown Frankfort (about a 15 min drive) and for breakfast/lunch at Rosie's or pizza and a beer at Geno's in downtown Thompsonville.

Each stay comes with a fully stocked S'mores basket, two starter logs and a bundle of firewood. We also provide a welcome basket with snacks, K-cups and a few bottled waters. All showers and bathtubs are supplied with Crystal Mountains signature shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

We do own 2 additional homes in the same area as this one (if you were hosting a large group and need additional accommodations).

Accommodations were perfect for our family.

Didn’t realize it was a resort. Had everything we needed and more. Took advantage of the pool, thanks for the passes, and the ski lift ride.

We had a great time at Willy Ts. We stayed here for our friends wedding. Lots of space and nice set up close to Crystal. This place had everything we needed and it was a comfortable spot to rest after a busy day. Clean home and we appreciated the YouTube tv access and extra shampoo and body wash for those who forgot. Stay here if you have a bigger group and want your own rooms

Everything was fantastic. House was perfect, it’s located in a great area and the hosts went above and beyond with their quick responses to any requests we had. I highly recommend this house for family gatherings or getaways with your group of friends.

President's weekend

This property was perfect for our multigenerational family with plenty of beds and bedrooms for everyone. Clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Plenty of parking and only a short drive to the lifts. We would highly recommend

Awesome friend/family weekend

The house was clean, lots of beds, kitchen easy to use. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit one night. Not many houses can comfortably accommodate different friends and their little families but this one fit the bill! We had a great visit and hope to go back.

Lovely property

The property is very clean. The owner is very prompt in replying if you ask any question. I requested owner to allow us to do early check-in and they made it possible by allowing us to do that. I like the house. The location is very near to the rides. Will book again.

Family gathering

The house is beautiful inside. The decor has a luxury cabin feel. We had 12 guests and never once ran out of hot water. The bedrooms are very nice and we all slept great We were able to all gather in the living room at no get near the warm fireplace. We also made s’mores on the campfire outside I highly recommend staying here in the summer (as we did) or the winter!

Great house for our family reunion

We had a great stay at Willy T's with our group of 14 (3 families with teenagers and grandparents). The house was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of big fluffy towels. The basement made a great kid hangout. There was a lot of seating around the campfire and the side yard was perfect for our corn hole games. It was an easy 10-minute walk into the resort. The host Becky was so friendly, and we appreciated how responsive she was to our questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Team building ski weekend

We rented two properties from Paul and Becky in January of 2024 for a work retreat/ski weekend (Willy T’s Crystal Mountain Ski & Golf Cottage and Located on the #7 Tee at the Betsie Valley Golf Course). Between the two properties, we hosted a total of 10 adults, each with their own bedroom (5 bedrooms in each property). Both homes were meticulously maintained, had very clear instructions and easy communication with Paul and Becky. There was plenty of space for collaborating as a team and great common space for games and fun after work was done. We would definitely stay again, both properties were great for a ski weekend and would be just as convenient for a weekend of golf.
