Lakefront Condo on Crooked Lake, Family-Friendly, Boat Slip Available

This remodeled second floor, 1-bedroom, 2-full bath waterfront condominium offers 340 feet of shared sandy shoreline on Crooked Lake. The Inland House is ideally located on 131 across from the Little Traverse Wheelway bike path and a short distance from Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City. The Inland House condo is approximately 6-7 miles from Nubs Nob and Boyne Highland ski resorts.

This 650 sq foot unit has been completely remodeled, including: a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, two new bathrooms, and flooring. One room with a vaulted ceiling has a queen size murphy bed that sleeps 2 guests while the other room has a King bed (new in June 2025) and a twin trundle bed (new twin mattresses August 2023). This unit accommodates 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. While the trundle bed can accommodate adults, it is probably most comfortable for children. The full kitchen has everything you may need including granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, single-serve Keurig and K-pods, pots and pans, and dishes/glassware. All bedding/towels are included. A variety of toiletries are at the condo for anything you may have forgotten upon your arrival.

Cable and high speed Internet/WiFi are included along with air conditioning. Our unit also has a natural gas fireplace.

The Inland House includes on-site washer and dryer (new in October 2024) located on the first floor of the complex at no cost, a community gas grill, tables and chairs in the common area courtyard, and a fire pit. It offers parking for guests and an elevator to the second floor unit if needed. This unit does not have a private balcony.

**A boat slip is available with this unit. However, trailers of any type are not allowed to be kept overnight in the parking lot. The building management is very strict about this rule. Ryde Marine and Windjammer Marina are nearby and may be able to accommodate for trailer storage.

**No pets and no smoking are allowed.

We liked everything about the unit. It was clean, had all the things necessary for a long stay, the view was exceptional and the hosts were super. This is a great location, close to both Harbor Springs and Petosky. We will certainly try and stay here again in the future.

Great stay at Inland House

We enjoyed our stay in Conway! The property was exactly as stated in the listing. We were very impressed with how immaculate the condo was! The beds were very comfortable. Ed and Val were great hosts! We hope to stay again soon!

It was better than expected. When we arrived we were met with a gift basket full of local sweets & snacks from our hosts, Ed & Val. The place was spotless! We were allowed in early, which we were thankful for. Had an amazing time with all the comforts of home. The kitchen had just about anything you could think of. There is a Keurig coffee maker with a large assortment of k-cups. We only ised the master, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need. The boat slip was an added bonus. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back when in the area!

Highly recommended!

Great place, the house sits in between everything there is to do around Petoskey, north or south. It was perfect for me and my family. Ed and Val were wonderful and would get you an answer to any question you asked them. Highly recommend.

Repeat stay

We have stayed in this unit several times and always enjoy our experience. Although the weather didn’t cooperate most days, my husband was able to fish a few times from the dock. The location is close to everywhere we want to visit. Although it is right off a highway, the complex feels very private and serene with a great view or the lake. We enjoyed a fantastic “light show” with thunder and lightning while snuggled up in front of the fireplace.

Northern Michigan Vacation at Crooked Lake

Condo was cleanest, most modern, and most well appointed rental we've ever had. It was ideally set on western shore of Crooked Lake, only a short distance from Mackinac Island, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne City, Boyne Mountain Resort, and Harbor Springs - all places we visited during our stay. The hosts Val and Ed take obvious pride in providing the cleanest rental possible with all the conveniences and amenities anyone would need. All in all, a fantastic rental. 5 stars!

Wonderful View!

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the condo and the beautiful location on the lake. You are really close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Even though the building is older it is taken care of and this unit has been updated very nicely. Would totally stay here again if we visit the area. Pros: Location, 2 full baths, very clean and comfortable, great A/C. Really nice little touches you don't get in most VRBO's (a great gift basket with chocolate treats, plenty of K cups for your morning coffee, toothpaste, tooth brushes, extra shampoo/conditioner, etc) in case you forgot to pack those items. Cons: The main bed feels like a full size (but could be a queen) and is a little firm for our taste. An upgrade to a King bed would be our only suggestion.

Great Northern Michigan Getaway

The condo was such an ideal location between petoskey, harbor springs and all the other fun adventures northern Michigan offers. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive, kind and generous. It was perfect for my husband, toddler and, I. The only downside for us were beds were not comfortable for us, however, that varies from person to person and may be very comfortable to others. Overall, it was a wonderful centrally located comfy cozy landing space that was peaceful and quiet.

The place was very clean upon arrival! We didn't have any issues with check-in. Owners were easy to communicate with. Nice little beach to use and next to a public access beach as well. The condo is also well stocked with certain necessities like salt, pepper, extra toilet paper, etc in case you need it. Overall our stay was very nice there!

Get away...

Everything was very nice...great location to Harbor Springs (12mins), Petoskey (15 mins), golf (less than 10), N Western MI walking, biking, running trail (50-60 miles long and just 1 block from the front door). Ed and Val had the place ready and we even had some nice treats from Kilwins, plus water and drinks in the fridge...couldn't have asked for more...will stay there again!!!. Mike and Marianne

Perfect stay for a wonderful trip!

This listing was even better than the photos! It was beautiful, clean, had all the bathroom, kitchen and living room amenities you could ask for! The best part was by far the location. Perfect location

This property is a little slice of heaven! The owners welcomed us with the sweetest basket and informative note. Everything was available to us and felt like we were “at home” while on vacation! Highly recommend this condo rental and will absolutely be using again in the future. Thanks Ed and Val!
