Located in a quite neighborhood just minutes from downtown Hendersonville. Enjoy hiking, biking, the Biltmore house, many local breweries and all that WNC has to offer!

Thanksgiving stay

Pleasant, comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very accommodating. Fireplace was a winner in cool weather.

Sweet Mountain home

Second time we’ve stayed there enjoyed it just as much as the first very easy to deal with Carson and Paige Yonders. Location is very good assessable to Hendersonville within 10 minutes downtown.

Mountain home

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was close to many attractions as well. The house itself seems brand new and was very comfortable. The host was readily available when I had questions. The only suggestion I would have for the owners is to have someone clean the gas grill. We were unable to use it, but it wasn't a big issue. Will definitely stay again.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time! House is a little north of Hendersonville, but close enough. Very quiet neighborhood, and neighbors are very friendly. House is clean, newer and easy to manage. Does not have an iron or board, fyi. But other than that, perfect. We enjoyed it while looking for property for ourselves. Thank you!

Great modern home!

This is a beautiful home that is impeccable inside. The owner did a great job furnishing it and making it very cozy and comfortable. The only drawback is the location. It was a little bit more remote than I had anticipated. But it is only a short drive into town.

Perfect House for a Fall Trip

We were staying in Hendersonville for a wedding, and this house was perfect for our family! It was a perfect location! The house was very clean with plenty of supplies. I really enjoyed the front porch. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful!!

Staying at Mila’s Cottage was wonderful from start to finish! We took a girls trip to visit wineries and this not only was the perfect location but the house was immaculate, communication with Paige was amazing-they were super responsive and fast, and check in and out were a breeze!! We look forward to visiting again soon! Thank you!

Great location

We had such a great time. The property was immaculate and the location was perfect for our stay. We visited the small town of Hendersonville and the downtown area was so inviting. We enjoyed all the stores, especially the bakery. We also drove into Asheville for the Vintage Fair and dinner. I gave this house five stars. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Perfect spot for our trip

We planned a trip to Biltmore with my sister in law. This was so much better than booking adjoining hotel rooms. The house fit us perfectly and gave us the space we needed. Beautifully maintained property.

Great place and great location for us!

The property is lovely and close to downtown Hendersonville. Cute shops there! The home Had plenty of room for 5 adults. A few suggestions for the house: Menus from local restaurants Dishwashing liquid - there is a dishwasher there but we only had glasses and such Instructions for check out A registry for the home - for comments, etc Thank you again for letting us use your home. We enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful!

I traveled with my husband and two teenage daughters and we stayed at Paige’s mountain retreat. It was just that! Perfect location for DuPont, Hendersonville, and Pisgah and just a drive up the highway to Asheville. We really enjoyed exploring Hendersonville which has so much to offer. The house was clean and spacious, very well decorated, and offered a fireplace, fire pit outside and an awesome front porch for relaxing on after a long hike. We’ll definitely stay here again when we travel back this way!

Great option for visiting Asheville.

Modern home w/ spacious yard and fire pit. Everything was recently updated and very clean. About 30 minutes from downtown but the trade off is great if you’re headed back Southeast.

Welcome to Mountain Home

This home is beautiful an immaculate - everything is brand new. One of the descriptions states 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but this place is 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the fireplace and fire pit outside. It’s very conveniently located a few minutes downtown Hendersonville, Orchards, Vineyards, Breweries, and state parks. The interstate is very close making Asheville just a short drive up the highway. Bravo Paige for building the perfect mountain home getaway!

Beautiful space!

The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds. The older kids loved the fire pit outside and the backyard while the adults enjoyed time on the front porch or around the fire pit. Everything that you need for cooking was readily available. Paige was super easy to communicate with and quick to respond! We will DEFINITELY come back!
