NOTA: Si Google Earth la dirección de la casa, se mostrará el lago como 2/3 vacía. Hace 2 años hemos tenido una grieta en la presa y tuvo que vaciar el lago para repararlo. Se acaba de pasar a ser el momento Google tomó la foto !!! Te lo prometo, hay un montón de agua en el lago!

NO POLIESTER EN ESTAS HOJAS! Sólo tiene que traer su cepillo de dientes y una muda de ropa y que está todo listo. ¿Olvidó CHAMPÚ? ESTÁ ALLÁ. ¿Olvidó su maquinilla de afeitar? ESTÁ ALLÁ. ¿Olvidó sus palos de golf? NO LE PUEDEN AYUDAR A, lo siento.

ESTA CASA ES 15 MINUTOS DEL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD Y CITAS HENDERSONVILLE BREVARD (CENTRO DE MÚSICA). UNA HORA DE GREENVILLE Y UNA HORA DE TIERRAS ALTAS.

Recuerde, esto es una casa del lago, NO el Biltmore. SI QUIERES MÁRMOL, GRANITO Y yeso veneciano, NO SE ENCUENTRA EN EL CUELLO MAL DE LAS MADERAS, LITERALMENTE!

The location was just right for us. There were some items brought to the owner's attention that she said would be rectified going forward. The owner was responsive and amenable to compensation for the items and our hope is that she follows through with that.

This is a beautiful lakefront house. The view is awesome! Three floors and each with a bathroom made it possible for our three families to spread out. The kitchen has everything that you need. Plenty of staples provided. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels etc. Not far from Hendersonville and Brevard. Any questions you have, Karen is quick to respond.

Waterfall hikes with family

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. It was very quiet area located in between Brevard and Hendersonville.

This lovely chalet fit our needs perfectly. We were visiting relatives that live in nearby Cummings cove and wanted a place that would be convenient. The location is very peaceful yet only a few minute drive to groceries and some really good restaurants. We spent nearly every evening sipping cocktails on the deck watching the wildlife. 1/2 hr drive gets you to pretty much all the major attractions including stunning waterfalls and mountain vistas. Home is super comfortable with excellent beds. Really can’t express enough how happy we were with this home. Owner responded quickly too. We will be back !

Wonderful home

My wife and I decided to take our young children to the mountains for an impromptu vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the home and the beautiful lake upon arrival. This home is extremely well stocked and was very clean. It is in a great location to all of the conveniences you may need but also feels somewhat secluded for that peace of mind. As for the host…Karen is one of the nicest and helpful hosts you could possibly ask for. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Just as described- great stay!

Everything was as described with excellent communication from the owner. While the lake didn't seem to be well-stocked for fishing, we still had a fantastic time swimming and kayaking, and we managed to catch a couple of fish. There are plenty of nearby activities to keep teenagers entertained. Highly recommend!

relaxing spot on the lake

perfect little spot for a family getaway. very private and close to Pisgah and Dupont forests for tons of hiking and recreation options. would definitely stay here again.

Lake House

Cute lake house with a great view! Lots of amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Location is quiet and close to Brevard and Hendersonville. Would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was so relaxing, yet the lake offered our teen boys things to do…fishing, kayaking, swimming. It was hard to leave! You won’t be disappointed staying here-book the trip!!!

Truly tranquil

Pictures do not do this property justice...lovely furnishings and tasteful decor. Well supplied. You can literally just bring your toothbrush and change of clothes! Very comfortable beds and bedding. Peaceful setting. Enjoyed sitting on deck as well as the dock. Host was very pleasant and responsive. We will be back!

Great spot!

Our kids loved paddling on the kayaks and we loved hanging out on the dock and deck. Close to lots of great trails and a peaceful, beautiful location. Fantastic all around.

Thanksgiving Visit

Husband and I and 20yo son stayed over Thanksgiving weekend to visit my parents in Cummings Cove. Super convenient. Nice to have 3B/3B. Overall loved it. Listing says hot tub, but there wasn’t one. The 3 bedrooms are each on different levels. No issue for us, but worth noting for families w younger kids. We will say here again though. Had a great experience! Definitely recommend.

Tranquil Comfort

Karen is SUPER responsive and kind! The house is spacious with three full beds and three baths, but it could sleep another three on comfy sofas if needed. The kitchen and baths had all one could want, and the view of the lake is magnificent. Because the property is a private lakefront, daily walks were lovely. Convenient to Asheville and Sierra Nevada.

Great spot!

We loved the location! It rained a lot of the time we were in town and this property gave us a beautiful vantage point to slow down and enjoy the rainforest we were in. Would definitely stay here again! The lake was great, lovely patios, and very comfortable beds!

THIS HOUSE IS SITUATED ON A SMALL SWIMMING/FISHING LAKE. THE BEAUTY OF IT IS THE VIEW! YOU CAN ALSO SEE ALMOST ALL THE WAY AROUND THE LAKE BECAUSE MY HOUSE SITS UP HIGH, IF YOU NEED TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE CHILDREN. THERE IS A ROAD THAT GOES AROUND THE LAKE FOR WALKING AND IT IS JUST SUCH A HAPPY PLACE AND I HAVE THE BEST NEIGHBORS!!!!
