Feelin' Beachy is a remodeled beachfront condo located steps from the beach! 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom that sleeps 6 located on the 2nd floor. Beachfront is a smaller complex with only 2 stories and covered parking on the ground floor. Feelin' Beachy is the second closest to the sand offering ocean views from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances. Across the street from Feelin' Beachy is a restaurant serving seafood and burgers, as well as a seafood market, ice cream shop, and Waves Grocery and Liquor Store.

Fall Break Stay

We loved the easy access to the beach. The condo was surface level clean. Some areas like baseboards, windows and such could use a deep clean. We dropped something under a bed and there was lots of sand and dust under it. Beds were comfy. New appliances that worked great. Bathroom and hallway were a tight squeeze.

Home away from home

Everything you need is there. From inside to outside. It was clean and comfortable. We had 5 adults in our group and didnt feel like we were on top of each other. Beautiful view and easy access to beach. Literally about a total of 30 seconds to sand. Would stay again! We had a great time!

This condo is your ideal location! It’s steps away from the beach! The condo was super nice and clean. The property manager is easy to contact and things were as listed. Would recommend to anyone and would come back!

Amazing

My mother and i stayed here for a girls trip getaway. Everything was perfect. The place was clean and cute and exactly as described. We had everything we needed. The location was phenomenal....tucked away beachside but close enough to get to everywhere we wanted to be. We had zero issues and no complaints. The owner was able to give us early check in which we appreciated greatly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay at Gulf Shores

The location of this property is amazing and you can see the gulf from the kitchen. The unit was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards) as well as everything we needed inside to comfortably live for the week. It was really convenient to be steps away from the beach and also have a small shopping complex across the street. We barely had to use our car with a restaurant, seafood market, ice cream shop and convenience store all available on foot.

Perfect place on the beach

Exactly as listed

It’s rare that a listing fulfills all the expectations listed. This condo was amazing. It was clean and decorated very well giving a great beach vibe. We loved the each access to the beach and ability to come and go from the water to the condo without the hassle of packing coolers, etc. We stayed over the 4th of July and expected to have some issues with noisy neighbors, but this was not the case. It was fairly quiet, considering the busy summer, and the neighbors were respectful of quiet hours. We were so pleased that our area of the beach was not super crowded and we had plenty of space- not squeezing in between other beach goers. Owner was very responsive to questions and requests. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was perfect for our needs. We came to stay on the beach, but also played in a baseball tournament. They had everything we needed in a condo. Super close to the beach. Parking was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. If we come back to Gulf Shores, this would be a for sure condo to stay at again.

Beautiful Condo but in Need of Better Housekeeping

The condo is beautifully decorated, and the owner was quick to respond to my concerns. However, I was terribly disappointed in the cleanliness of the space. The first red flag was the dirty fridge with sticky food residue on the shelves and dried crust inside the bins. The next issue was the floors which had not been properly swept and definitely had not been mopped-there was sand and sticky food residue on the tile floor, hairs and lint were behind the bathroom door, and none of the closets or the pantry had been swept. After seeing the obvious neglect, I couldn't help but to begin noticing all the other neglected parts such as the full length mirror in the master that had fingerprints all over it, the layer of dust on the blinds, the grime on the switch plates, and the shower vent that looks as if it has never been wiped down. The place just needs a good deep cleaning, and the housekeepers need to be monitored for quality control. Bottom line, I didn't come on vacation and spend thousands of dollars just to clean someone else's filth. Overall, the condo itself is beautifully decorated, and if you don't mind the flights of stairs, the location is within very close proximity to the beach. I just got a terrible taste in my mouth after realizing we were living in someone else's filth. Not the relaxing vacation we were looking forward to.

From the moment we arrived in town on that very first trip, we knew that Gulf Shores was special. From the white, sandy beaches to the miles and miles of open water lagoons, Gulf Shores is a dream for any water enthusiast. It's the people, however, that make it really special. Most everyone waves and says hello in passing. They're always asking where you're from and how long you're staying. People come from all over the country which makes it a very special blend.

When we were looking for investment properties, we knew a trip to Gulf Shores was in order. It didn't take long to find the "Feelin' Beachy". Close to everything and an ocean view every time you pass by the window. The community itself is extremely friendly and safe.
