Welcome to Aqua 1808

Our condo is a beautiful beachfront property has breathtaking views of the beach and gulf which you can enjoy on our new balcony furnishings! This is a 2 bedroom 2bath unit with an extra-large balcony on the 18th floor of AQUA in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment. As a bonus, beach services is included for 2025!



This property has new furnishings and new paint. But that’s not all. Here are some more interesting features of our beach residence:

• Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you’re in town
• Over 1104 Square Feet of Living Space on the 18th floor

• Dining Area seats 4 and there’s extra bar seating for 2 in the kitchen
• Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker, fridge.
• Master Bedroom has KING bed and 55” SMART TV, and gulf view with balcony access
• Master Bath has a walk-in shower and a garden tub and double vanity

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.

Our vacation was amazing! I loved how we had all our chairs and umbrellas set up for us and ready to go everyday! Makes it so much easier when you have kids and all their things to take down to the beach. The balcony was our favorite part of the room! So much space and we were able to sit at the table comfortably and the sunset view every night was perfect!!! We vacationed with a big group of people so we were able to see multiple rooms on the property and ours was by far our favorite one! Very spacious and had everything we needed with plenty of play space for our kids. 100% will choose this room every time we come to Panama!!

Great Condo

We stayed here for the Ironman race. The condo was fully stocked with the necessities and amazing view to the beach. The only complain was the mattress bed in the master bedroom. It appeared to have a foam top and was not very comfortable. You kept sinking into the center of the bed. The pots and a few pans need an update. There was only one frying pan and it was huge and bent on one side. The cookie sheets were all rusted and cut up. The shower head in the master bathroom did not have a strong pour and very weak water pressure. The second bathroom shower tub would fill up and not drain well. This shower head was better but not great. Overall the location, cleanliness and space was wonderful.

Pleasantly Surprised

This unit seemed much larger in person. It fit our family perfectly. It was clean, had a beautiful view, and we would totally book this unit again. If I had to point out anything negative (nothing dramatic) the dryer is stacked on top of the washer and unless your over 6' tall you can not see the settings to dry your clothes. Thankfully my husband is tall and was able to set the proper setting when we washed our things. I would also bring extra TP as they only provided 1 roll per bathroom. Again not a deal breaker. Our next trip we will definitely book this unit longer.

The view from this condo is impeccable!! Me and my mother stayed in the condo for a week. Everything we would have needed in the kitchen was available upon check in. The master bed/bath rooms were as pictured, you can catch a view of the water from the bathtub which was amazing, king size bed was comfy enough. The second bedroom is very little, bed was comfortable, was shocked at the size but it served its purpose. Good for kids. One of the outside pools were closed during our stay but we enjoyed the other outdoor pool instead. Beach service is including chairs and umbrella which is very convenient. Multiple reviews we had read about this condo had mentioned the cleanliness of the condo so here it goes, everyday surface areas are clean and tidy, in my opinion it could use a deep clean, actually moving all the furniture etc. we always clean our bathrooms in any rental just bc so we can’t complain. This condo was fantastic for us and we would rent again.

11 day stay at Aqua

Negatives: When looking for properties one of our hopes was finding a beachside balcony with loungers. The photos showed this unit had that but upon arrival there were no loungers. I would recommend updating photos. Every time we used the oven it tripped the breakers. The unit could use a deep clean (cabinets were dirty, floors a bit sandy upon arrival). There were no beach towels or water items available for use. Kitchen didn't have any storage containers so we bought and left them. Beach service was challenging. The first day we were told to just pick a seat. Once settled another family came up and said we were in their spot. Then the teen running the stand asked if we had a reservation and I legit told him he told us 20 min earlier to pick any open spot. You need to reserve your spot at 730a.m. to get an assigned number. This same situation happened multiple times where we found people in our assigned spot. The parking situation is a challenge and be prepared to not ever turn left out of the ramp. Pullout bed was not comfortable at all. PCB is a bit rowdy and busy. Awful karaoke next to the building. Lots of people smoking tobacco or weed from balconies even though its prohibited. Positives: great views, sandy beach and good swimming area. Water activities booth right off property. Fast elevators! Bed in master was comfortable. Fitness facility was great! Great pools! Literally .5 miles from Walmart, Target and lots of shops and restaurants. Security on site.

Great Room- Great Trip

Aqua doesnt miss. Room 1808 did not disappointment. On day of check-in i was able to get access about 3 hours early (i was still traveling). The email they sent before we arrived detailed all the information we needed for easy access. The room was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I would stay here again no questions asked.

Appliances

The dishwasher and ice maker and dryer did not work. A new dishwasher and refrigerator was delivered on Friday, one day before we left. We were told this was going to happen. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We just bought ice and we’re told we would be reimbursed for it. It wasn’t a big deal at all. The Management Company was very good keeping us informed and we had a wonderful week in condo number 1808 at the Aqua!

Perfect Family Place

Beautiful views, all needed appliances / utensils, beachy decor, bunk room was even bigger than expected. Aqua has great pools, fast elevators, and great beach staff. We enjoyed our stay! Fully recommend!

We had a great stay while my family were here for a baseball tournament. The place was clean, the check in was effortless and it was a comfortable condo. I love the convenience of it being right next to the elevators.

Beautiful room and great location

Beautiful room! Great location! Dryer didn't work properly and dishwasher didn't work properly and the TV in bunk room didn't work. Contacted manager and he sent someone to see about tv but the guy said he could get it to work and he'd be back with help but never came back. Also said they put in a work order for dryer and no one ever came. Very frustrating that the Aqua boardwalk ramp didn't go all the way to the beach so had to carry heavy strollers and wagons down several stairs so that was mess. Overall it was a good room.

Fantastic choice

I was very surprised of how great this condo was. Do not pay attention to any negative reviews. Perfect location, beautiful condo, massive bathroom, couldn't have been better. Would definitely repeat.

Had fun, property needs updates!

The condo needs many updates with cleanliness and fixing. Carpet and furniture is dirty, chair outside broken so we couldn't lay to relax on it, the kitchen cookware needed to be washed before using. Bed sheets dirty as well. The owner was very fast to respond with some issues we had which was very helpful but we have paid less before with better upscaled condos.

Great location!

We had a great experience. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Great location. Everything was clean and tastefully updated. Communication with the owner was timely and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.
