Beautifully 1147 sq ft. Sleeps 6. Oceanfront Condo with an oversized balcony with a breathtaking view. Enjoy two complimentary beach chairs with umbrella. (seasonal March15th - October 31st)
THE INTERIOR: Freshly painted walls and new furniture. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, stainless steel appliances and is completely stocked with cookware and kitchenware for your convenience. Table and chairs.
LIVING ROOM: includes reclining couches and full glass oceanview window/door. Complimentary WIFI and TV.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM: Enjoy the luxury of a stacked full sized washer and dryer.
THE MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed with tempurpedic mattress, full bath, TV and full oceanview glass door.
SECOND BEDROOM: Two queen size beds, TV and full size bath.
ADDITIONAL: The salty white prisitine Gulf Beach is easily accessible from the 14th floor and you may relax in the hot tub or heated pool. There are gas grills and picnic tables for your outdoor enjoyment. Also, check out the workout room on the 8th floor.

Tropic Winds is located on the west end of Panama City Beach,10 minutes from 30A and Inlet, Rosemary Beach area. It’s an easy drive to dining, shopping, breweries, and many other amazing attractions. Head eastbound for 2 miles to Pier Park and additional restaurants, shops and entertainment. You’ll love the privacy of our less crowded, residential condominium location.
PARKING: Includes 1 reserved exclusive use parking space (located under the building and close to your condo). Additional parking is located across the street and in the open spaces, first come first serve. All reserved parking must display assigned parking pass on the dash or the mirror. Allotted Tropic Winds wristband must be on you at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a SMOKE FREE property to include the balcony. The Occupancy limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. NO air mattress is allowed, no parties or large gatherings permitted. Quite hours are to be observed. No pets. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on site.

Excellent communication, sparkling clean beautiful views, luxurious furnishings, and covered parking. As soon as we booked Sonja sent a warm and welcoming message, was in contact prior to the stay and gave clear instructions and details for our stay. Covered parking spot was great and easy to find, not far from elevators or stairs. As soon as we stepped into the condo, it was spotless and had a commanding view of the gulf and the beach. Two full baths, with plenty of toiletries, extra towels and hairdryers, and plenty of hot water and good pressure. The bedrooms were spacious and had super comfortable beds (and plenty of spare outlets). Living room has two super comfortable power couches, great for a nap after a morning on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all the esssentials, but tons of extras too. There was a crock pot, electric skillet, and foreman grill, in addition to the super clean oven. Bonus was the double Keurig that can make single cups or a big pot of coffee. Washing machine was clean, fast and worked well, as did the dryer. One nice surprise was there were some extras left for our use like a boogie board, bubbles, pool noodles and extra beach chairs.The grounds were always spotless, the pool, hot tubs, grills (charcoal and gas available) were all great, and to top it, when we were there Sonja had beach chairs reserved for the condo, so no hassle trying to fight others for a spot. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to stay again.

We stayed for our 17th anniversary! This condo was amazing from host to decor to cleanliness to view. The large balcony was a plus. The elevators were super fast. We had everything we needed. Sonja has the condo stocked very well. And having the complimentary chairs and umbrella was a plus too. We come every year at this time and will definitely be back to stay with Sonja.

Family vacation 2025

Beautiful condo, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was available. The recliners and beds were so comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella and table on the beach was a plus. Easy to communicate with Sonja if needed. Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay.

Girl’s Trip

Our five night stay here was absolutely amazing! I have visited the beach every summer for over twenty years and this place was by far the best ever! The condo was well stocked, very clean, and the deco was beautiful. It was incredibly roomy and the large balcony was a great bonus. The owner was exceptionally nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo and look for to returning next year!

Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Sonja’s property so much! The moment we arrived I wanted to move in. The condo was decorated beautifully, the beds and seating were very comfortable, it was peaceful and THE VIEW was just incredible . We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful experience

My family and I enjoyed the whole PCB experience while staying at Sonja’s place. We arrived early because we had family staying in the same complex and when reaching out we were able to check in early and spend the day with my parents, my sister and her family. Upon checking in, the condo was clean, smelled fresh, and the view was fabulous. There was information provided for activities to do in the area, places to eat that were recommended and in my husband’s words “the best recliners he’s ever seen.” The beach chair service that came with the room was top notch! The guys were friendly and checked in on us regularly. Parking was easy and the elevators were easy to access each time we needed. When visiting PCB again I plan on checking availability at this place first! Thank you for a great experience. Memories were made!

Relaxing beach stay

We had a great few days at this beach condo. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. As described in the listing, it is a spacious condo with a large porch and a great view. Comfy beds and linens, plenty of cookware, great showers, etc. The property was nice, and the beach chairs and umbrella was an added bonus. We would definitely consider staying here again. Sonja is a friendly and wonderfully responsive host!

Absolutely Beautiful

Such a beautiful condo, I loved the decor. The king bed and two queen beds gave our family plenty of room and a comfortable sleep. The balcony is huge, with a great ocean view! The owner Sonja was very nice! 10 out 10 recommend!!

Amazing place

Beautiful Views and Family Friendly

Everything about this condo is perfect, from the decor to the location. The entire place is immaculately kept and the beds are super comfortable. There was plenty of space for our party of 6, which included 4 teenagers. The furniture is comfortable for relaxing at night and the large balcony overlooked the ocean and made for amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. Parking was easy and the pool area was also easily accessible. The added chairs that are reserved at the beach made things easy to spend the day at the beach. The condo was also close to all the city experiences at Pier Park and great oceanfront restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation to Panama City Beach.
