The apartment can accommodate up to five people and features a large terrace with a sea view and a private garden.
The entrance to the apartment leads into the living room, which features a large picture window offering a breathtaking view of the sea.
The living room opens onto the southwest-facing terrace.
To the left of the living room is the first bedroom with a 140-size bed (sleeps 2).
The fully equipped open-concept kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer) is adjacent to the dining room.
A second bedroom features two bunk beds (2x90) as well as an additional single bed (90).
A shower room, also renovated, includes a washing machine.
The apartment includes:

- hair dryer
- baby gear (travel crib, toilet seat reducer, booster seat) + safety gate for a single bed.
- Outdoor furniture: two lounge chairs, one table and six chairs, one umbrella, one griddle.
Smoking is prohibited in the unit, and pets are not allowed.
Linens are not provided but can be supplied for an additional fee upon request. This is hotel-quality linens, laundered professionally and provided in plastic packaging for hygiene reasons.
Beach and/or pool towels are available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not accessible to people with limited mobility.
You can park one vehicle inside the courtyard, and there is also outdoor parking available.
The Auture Well and its fishing huts are right across the street; shops and snack bars are within walking distance, and Grande Côte Beach is just a stone’s throw away.
The Royan Golf Course is a 3-minute drive away. You can go on bike rides all along the coast.
You’re a 5-minute drive from downtown Saint-Palais-sur-Mer and 15 minutes from La Palmyre.
