Le Minot is an apartment with a shared terrace overlooking the Vieux Port and Notre Dame de la Garde.

Very bright and carefully decorated, the apartment comprises a large, beautiful bedroom with a small sitting area, an independent kitchen opening onto a terrace with a view of the Vieux Port, Notre Dame de La Garde and other monuments such as the Théâtre de la Criée and Fort St Nicolas.

The terrace is shared. It serves the apartments on the first floor, but each part in front of the apartments is private. It's the ideal place for sunbathing, lunching and dining al fresco, or enjoying a Mediterranean aperitif! The apartment also features a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Le Minot accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Marseille and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.

Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival.

Le Minot "Sonia était très accueillante est disponible en cas de besoin. L’appartement a une belle vue sur notre dame de la garde. Pour le bruit rien à dire tout était parfait, concernant l’endroit de l’air bnb il était très bien situé très peu de marche pour accéder au vieux port et le centre ville, à proximité de tout. Mais il y a beaucoup de désavantages, il y a très peu d’éléments de cuisine, pour le balcon il est collectif c’est un couloir pour rejoindre les autres appartements. De suite dans l’appartement il y’a une odeur dérangeante dans l’appartement. Mais aussi une odeur noseabonde d’urine au niveau de la fenêtre. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Le sol n’était pas propre ni les draps beaucoup de tache présente. Le mur était noir avec des traces de pieds. De plus il n’y avait pas de balai pour nettoyer. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans la douche… Pour le frigo beaucoup trop petit est ne fonctionner pas bien hormis le congélateur. Trop de chaleur pour avoir que un ventilateur."

Le Minot Super good location, walking distance to most things in town and super quiet during the night. The place looks like the pictures and is a nice size for a few days stay. Only downside is it got very hot during the night, even when you have the window blind/shutter down during the day. There is a ceiling fan which was super helpful, but wish it was possible to get it a bit cooler in there.

Le Minot Logement très bien situé avec une belle vue sur Notre dame de la Garde. Le personnel est réactif et gentil. Néanmoins quelques équipements sont un peu léger si jamais vous restez pour une longue durée : pas de draps housse/taies, juste une poêle et une casserole, seulement des serviettes pour cheveux. Pareil faire attention car la clim est seulement un ventilateur au plafond donc un peu light pour des fortes chaleur. Cela ne reste que des détails qui n’ont pas entaché notre séjour et nous avons quand même passé un très bon weekend.

Le Minot "Very lovely apartment in a prime location of Marseille. Enjoyed a great view of the Notre Dame from the Balcony. Well connected to the public transport and the Harbour. Apartment is clean and all the amenities were satisfactory. Unfortunately, noise insulation is not upto the mark and one could have a sleepless night if you are a light sleeper! But I think the agency cant do anything about it as the odour is the result of the old sewage line. I had just one request though. Since you must be hosting a lot of tourists who fly in, please keep a weighing scale to check the weight of baggage before we leave. Rest all is fine. Thank you."

Le Minot The location of the apartment is phenomenal, less than a 2 minute walk to the Old Port, close to shops, public transport and tourist attractions, everything was easily accessible on foot from the apartment. However there was A LOT of unexpected noise, I wasn’t expecting to be kept awake throughout the night / woken throughout to banging and just general noise from outside, this obviously wasn’t explained to us by the host but is apparently an ongoing problem. Another issue we had was a smell of drains in the apartment? It wasn’t a constant smell, just every now and then. A final issue we had was with the host that greeted us at the property. He seemed rushed and came across as though he couldn’t be bothered to show us around the property. He was sighing and mumbling which made myself and my partner uncomfortable from the get go.

Cependant, concernant le logement en lui-même nous étions déçus d'une part par le manque d'équipements de la cuisine et d'autre part par la terrasse qui fait office de couloir pour les autres appartements.

Le Minot "La terrasse n'est pas privée, c'est le couloir d'accès aux autres appartements. De plus, il manquait une chaise dehors donc pas possible de se poser à deux. Enfin la cafetière ne marchait pas. Malgré avoir prévenu l'agence dès le début, elle ne fut pas remplacée alors que nous sommes restés trois jours. En conclusion, aucun avantage de la ""vraie"" expérience AirBnB à savoir vivre chez quelqu'un dans un endroit authentique ni celle d'un appart'hotel géré par une agence car pas de services d'aide."

Le Minot The location and accommodation was fantastic for what we were looking for. Great for restaurants, bars and has a shop next door for essentials. Also across the road from a scooter rank if, like ourselves, you take advantage of the Uber scooters. The person who checked us in was friendly and welcoming and let us enter the premises early. The only negative (and this could have been down to myself not reading the description property) I thought that the terrace area was accessible only to the flat, however it was external. Would use again and recommend! And an amazing price for the location too

Le Minot le logement est très beau et bien placé. malheureusement, j'ai l'ai partagé avec plusieurs gros cafards et des mites. les sanitaires dégagent une odeur de remontée d'égouts. a mon arrivée, il y avait des gros moutons de poussière sous le lit. les stores n'avaient pas été baissés depuis longtemps semble-t-il et dégageaient une odeur terrible, donc impossible de dormir avec le store fermé et la fenêtre ouverte en été, ce qui est franchement dommage. en résumé, le logement est très beau et bien placé mais la présence d'odeurs déplaisantes, de mites et de cafards vient ternir le tableau. Au vue de ces désagréments, le prix de l'appartement a la semaine est très élevé.

Le Minot The apartment is located at a very central location in Marseille, which allows for excellent access to the major touristic attractions. It is right in the old port of Marseille, which is excellent for views and access to the great restaurants and shops around the port. As previous reviews stated, the building is quite a bit older than expected, however the apartment itself has been fully renovated and is very well kept. Stéphane welcomed us very warmly into the apartment and was very diligent about making sure we had everything we needed! Overall it was a good location for our couple days in Marseille!
