"Première Ligne" is a superb apartment ideally located on the front line of the Old Port, facing the sea and Notre Dame de la Garde. Completely renovated in 2022, the apartment was designed as a hotel suite offering you a real kitchen to enjoy meals on site.
Decorated and furnished by an interior decorator, air-conditioned and fully equipped, it is ideally located for an unforgettable stay in Marseille. Postcard view from the balcony. Enjoy the return boat trips, from the fish market in the morning: a pure local stay.

Composition of the apartment:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a listed building to the historical monument (Architect Fernand Pouillon & René Egger ). You will be charmed by its decoration and stunning views of the Old Port and Notre Dame de la Garde. The entrance offers several storage and allows you to access in front of you the living/ bedroom room offering a Queen Size bed, a sitting area, as well as a small balcony with a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy the view and admire the passage of the boats.
Upon entering on the right you will have access to the water slab and its large shower as well as the equipped kitchen.
The apartment is ideal for a couple or couple with child. The sofa bed and bed being in the same room we do not recommend it for 4 adults.

You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person of the agency Cocoonr Marseille who will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.

Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.

The Old Port is the nerve center of Marseille. All transports are accessible there: Metro/ Tram/ Bus/ Boats/ bike/ scooter/ taxi

Saint Charles Train Station is a 10-minute metro ride away.

The airport is accessible via shuttle to Saint Charles train station but we advise you to prefer taxis or Uber type driver.
