Late 19th-century stone house, completely renovated in 2019, approximately 100 m², located 150 meters from the Casino Beach and its seawater pool, the GR34 hiking trail, and 50 meters from local shops; the deep-water port is a 10-minute walk away, and shuttle boats to Bréhat Island run during the season.
