Ideally located, 5 km from Porto-Vecchio and 800 m from the sea, our villas—with no neighbors directly across—await you. Enjoy the terrace and barbecue for pleasant moments. Wi-Fi is available in all villas. You’ll never tire of the panoramic view of the sea and the town of Porto-Vecchio. You can also relax and unwind by the heated pool (27–28°C).
Rates: from €390 to €2,400 depending on the season and number of guests. Please contact us if you’re interested in a rental for 2, 4, 6, or 8 people. Five-room villas are available, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. For a rental for 2 people, we’ll make both bedrooms in the villa available to you. Optional rental of sheets and bath towels. Sheets: 10 euros per bed; 5 euros per person for bath towels, including one bath towel and one hand towel (beach towels not included).

TERMS OF SALE:

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

• 7-night rental, electricity, water, and gas included.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• The tourist tax is to be paid on site (€1.10 per day per person, subject to change by the town hall).
• Linens are available for rent at the residence (bed linens: €10 per bed; bath towels: €5 per person).
• The security deposit, €500 for the F3 villa and €700 for the F5 villa, must be paid upon arrival via credit card pre-authorization and will be released if there is no damage and the villa is returned in good condition.
• The mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee is €70 for the F3 villa and €100 for the F5 villa.
• Small pets allowed upon request, for an additional fee of €30 per week.
• 20% deposit due at the time of booking; balance due upon arrival. All reservations must be made for a specific number of people, including infants.
• Car rental and babysitting services available.
