*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

This wonderful coastline unit demands that you enjoy every second of your vacation. The great room and dining area have beautiful 18”ceramic tile flooring. A sofa and matching loveseat face the entertainment center. This comfortable unit has a dining area that seats four. A full kitchen has all white major appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender plus all dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, and flatware in case you desire to prepare a full meal while you are our guest. The exquisite countertops repeat the title theme. There are 1. 5 baths for your convenience. The sliding glass doors in the great room open onto a very large balcony with a grand westerly view along the coastline. From this balcony, you can see the gulf during the day and Destin nightlife during the night. This is 716 square feet of fine Florida living at its most sublime. This beautifully appointed unit is perfect for a quick weekend getaway, an adventure-seeking week for two or something in between just to catch up on becoming refreshed during your stay.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
