Ubicado en el piso 12 del Sundestin Beach Resort. Este condominio ofrece muchas cualidades únicas que son Destin, FL. Este rascacielos de 18 pisos es uno de los más visitados en Destin. El complejo del Sundestin Beach Resort es extremadamente acogedor, relajante y muy divertido. Esperamos extender los lujos que nuestro condominio tiene para ofrecer, y no tenemos dudas de que realmente se convertirá en su "hogar lejos del hogar".

Disfrute de una de las hamburguesas más grandes y de mejor sabor que jamás haya experimentado y báñela con una bebida helada, desde el bar si lo desea ... en el Endless Summer Grill en el lugar. Después del almuerzo, es posible que desee terminar su almuerzo con una agradable, larga y estimulante ... siesta en la playa. Después de su siesta, tendrá que recargar energías con un entrenamiento intenso en el gimnasio de última generación ubicado aquí en Sundestin. Esto puede parecer un "estiramiento", pero es la vida cotidiana aquí en la playa.

Sundestin Beach Resort está ubicado en el corazón de Destin. Su ubicación le permite acceder fácilmente a los 2000 pies de prístina playa de arena blanca y a todos los campos de golf, restaurantes y relajación que puede manejar. Beautiful unit with a great view. Beach is clean and pristine white. Close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Building is currently going through a big renovation and the resort is like new on the completed areas. Very well decorated and stocked for cooking. We had a wonderful stay!

Had an amazing family vacation and was very pleased with overall experience. The only downfall is that there is a lot of construction on the resort. The washer and dryer is finicky on floor 12 and had to go to floor 11 for laundry.

Could’ve been better but nice location and beautiful views!

The location was great and had beautiful views! As for the condo it can use some updates the couch is wore out sunk in the middle the vents in the ceiling in the kitten and both bathrooms have black mold all around them. As for the beach area we weren’t told you can not have your own umbrella you have to rent them or not use them the company that rents out chairs and umbrellas take up all the space of the two front rows of the beach everyday and you only have a small space to get to the water never seen so many chairs and umbrellas put out on the beach almost forcing you to rent theirs to have assess to the ocean. The biggest problem was parking at the resort if you didn’t get a spot early afternoon you couldn’t park in the resort you were given a tag and you had to park down the street and cross 4 lanes of heavy traffic to get over to the resort. And when they say you can’t check-in until 4 they are serious we got there at 3:30 filled out all the paper work and were given our parking pass but were we have to come back at 4 to get our cards to get into the room they will not let you get into your room before 4! They were also working on the on area we were staying had to listen to drilling and pounding for hours everyday during the week days couldn’t hear the TV and forget taking a nap so this definitely wasn’t our best vacation somethings could have been a lot better especially the money we pad. We liked Destin but definitely will not stay at this resort again!

2 complaints - the floors don’t seem like they’re cleaned, only vacuumed. After being there for 30 minutes & walking around, all of our feet were black. Floors felt grimey.2nd complaint- welcome info said we would receive a “full set of towels” for the week & then after that we would have to do laundry ourselves. Which was fine, but we only received 2 towels and 1 washcloth… for the week, for a family of 4. I don’t consider that a full set- full set would at least be 4 towels and 2 washcloths, anywhere else we have ever stayed. Everything else was okay. Nice views. Easy beach and pool access.

This was a great condo for our week at the beach. Was just like the pictures and clean. Easy access to the beach and even with the remodeling going on everything ran smoothly.

Great place and location

we've stayed at this same unit multiple times and have never had any issues or problems. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. Communicates so well and everything in the unit as shown and described. The bed is very comfy and kitchen well stocked. we always choose his place cause it never disappoints.

Loved everything!!

We stayed for a month. It was a nice and clean condo. I absolutely loved waking up to the beach everyday and listening to the waves every night. And the incredible sunsets!! I took pictures just about every day. The condo is nice and bright! I was sad to leave, and I would definitely stay again!

Minor Mishaps but overall it was good

Overall , everything was great. There was a couple issues . The mattress pad and sheets were satined and the stove wasn’t clean. It didn’t affect me much because I went and purchased my own sheets and I didn’t cook during my stay . However , not everyone comes prepared to buy their own sheets. Other than that I enjoyed your location.

Enjoyed our Stay!

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable 3-night stay. The location was awesome, the owner was very nice and easy to work with. Communication was excellent. If we go back to Destin, we will definitely consider this unit again.

The condo looked beautiful, just like the pictures on line.

We had breakfast, lunch & a few dinners on the balcony overlooking the beautiful white sandy beaches nearly every day. Easy access to the beach, restaurant/bar & gift shop in the commons area in the resort. Very clean, friendly & quiet at all times. We’ll be back.

Great location and excellent communication

The beachfront condo has a good view of the pristine waters in Destin. The room was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property manager was very communicative and helpful as well. I completely missed the email with checkin instructions so I emailed the property manager and received a call within 15 minutes to explain everything. We paid for chair and umbrella service on the beach and enjoyed a perfect day listening to the crystal clear waves crash on the shore. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location, friendly staff, onsite bar, will return when construction is completed, my complaint about Sun Destin is very slow elevator and dryer is very weak.

A bit disappointed

Unit was fine. Found a moldy lemon juice squeezer in utensils drawer though. Indoor hot tub was shut down and maintenance said it had been down over 6 months. Outdoor pool was closed down. Heard a lot of construction noise. Trash shoots were closed for renovation so we had to put garbage outside our doors. Not a good sight to see garbage bags everywhere. On a positive note, Jason allowed us to check in early which was nice and he was very good at getting back to us quickly

Beautiful Sunset Right on the Beach

Certainly! Based on the details yI recently had the pleasure of staying at a property that truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a breathtaking view that promised—and delivered—spectacular sunsets every evening. It's one thing to admire a sunset in pictures, but experiencing it in the comfort of what felt like a luxury apartment was an entirely different and unforgettable experience. The apartment came furnished with everything one could possibly need, making it immediately feel like a home away from home. From a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishes, utensils, and all the necessary appliances, to the cozy touches like plush covers and soft towels, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable stay. It was evident that the hosts put a lot of effort into making sure their guests have a seamless and luxurious experience. Living in this apartment, even for a short while, felt like a dream. The combination of the stunning views, the comprehensive amenities, and the overall ambiance of luxury and comfort made my stay an absolute delight. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway that promises relaxation, beauty, and all the comforts one could wish for in a luxury apartment setting.

The beaches in Destin, FL and the people who occupy them are some of the most comforting in the world. The stark white sands and emerald waters are very addicting and its proximity to most of the Eastern United States allows you and your family to 'live it up' at minimal cost.

SunDestin Beach Resort is great!... My wife and I enjoy the elegance of the high-rise, all the comforts of home, the proximity to the beach, and the Endless Summer Grill (a full service restaurant and bar). We are unable to live in sunny Destin, FL and want to extend the opportunity for you to enjoy the many unique benefits that the property has to offer.
