This contemporary unit overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views from a private balcony. Enjoy the soft and cozy furnishings with nice bright splashes of jewel-tone colors. The master bedroom has a king bed with cottage style furniture which will allow guests to feel right at home in no time. The bunk area has two bunk beds with a safety top rail. The living area features a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate a total of six people in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and has all the kitchen essentials. The unit also offers a washer and dryer as well as towels and linens for your convenience. With all of these fine features, you are sure to enjoy your next beach stay at Majestic Sun A308!

Really nice location. The pool was great with a sun and shady (indoor covered) area. The unit has great beach front view. It has easy acess to the beach which is nice. The unit is a little dated and could use a little sprucing up with better furnitures. As for the kitchen, it was missing essential items for normal use. For people with allergy, the HVAC could be a problem since the filter looks clogged with dust. Overall a great stay.

This condo is very nice. It was close to everything. Near elevators and the parking area. Will consider staying here again.

Great stay!

Great Location

Perfect location steps from the beach and great view of the ocean. Watched the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Easy access to condo from 3rd floor of parking garage. Would stay there again.

Relaxing

It was a nice relaxing mini vacation. It was rainy and wet, but the condo was perfect to cozy up and watch Christmas movies with the kids. Can’t wait to stay again. It was Clean and had everything we needed.

A308 Beach getaway

Loved the location, view, amenities just two floors below… ice cream shop, Treasure Island gift shop, and convenience of being on the 3rd floor so close to walkway from parking and always open spots. Love that it slept 6 people and being a one bedroom with two baths so you have own privacy but kids and their friends have their own bathroom etc.

Really convenient location. The on site facilities are excellent- the heated pool came in handy as the ocean water was too cold. The downside of the unit: right by the elevator. Extremely loud until midnight with people checking in and teenagers running around.

Could’ve used more blankets, a broom, and had to request parking passes and smoke alarm to be fixed. Overall good stay but could’ve been great

A solid rental!

This rental was pretty great. Especially for the price. Large living area, full kitchen. My only 2 gripes: The bed was very uncomfortable, and def needs to be replaced. Didn't get much sleep both nights. There is no beach access from A building without going through the pool area or walking around the entire building. I'd honestly rent this place again though.

So convenient and right on the beach!

This unit was so conveniently located! We parked on the third floor parking deck and walked right to the room. We never had to get on an elevator to get to our car! We loved having Pompano Joe’s in walking distance. We put our name on the list and continue to walk on the beach until we received our text messages saying our table is ready. The Beach Bar is also right across the street which was fun. Treasure Island gift shop is right downstairs in the unit so we could buy great souvenirs and items that we left at home. The room was comfortable and clean it even had a kuirg coffee maker! We walked most of the time to places nearby to avoid the traffic. Our stay was perfect!

Don’t stay here

The showers did not drain. They came to fix one and left black all over the floor. I had to clean up after them. Appliances were super old, kitchen had limited supplies. Dryer took 3 cycles to dry clothes. They need to spend some money and update this unit. Walls were dirty. Paint, remodel bathrooms, and update appliances and furniture. I’ll never stay here again.

Basic but has SUCH potential!

Location & view is exceptional! Proximity to the 3rd floor parking is also a bonus. Exterior of property is well maintained. This condo certainly serves it purpose- and for the price point, it is just fine. Would stay here again if on a tight budget or didn’t plan to cook too much. No bugs were witnessed for the entire duration of our stay. Overall the place was clean. That being said... Certain things could definitely use replacing- the dishwasher looks like it’s from 1995 and sounds like a REALLY bad marching band. The tan sitting chair could use a good cleaning, it has a visual “ick” factor for sure, same goes for the area rug. The patio furniture is lacking. To accentuate the view it should be counter height table &chairs. As is, you sit so low that you stare through metal bars that make you feel like you are in some sort of beautiful jail. There is no pantry/storage for groceries, very minimal cooking equipment (no colander, not 1 single frying pan, etc). Updated lighting fixtures & ceiling fans would make a world of difference. Everything had a real late 90’s feel to it. Fresh coat of paint would spruce it up, too. Outlet in hall bathroom doesn’t work at all even- when resetting the GFI, lights above vanity are super dated & only 2 of the light bulbs worked. Beds just have a sheet & thin “blanket” (more like a thick sheet), which was a bit chilly for the end of Nov. Bottom line- could be a fab diamond but is a basic pearl.

Clean and convenient

Overall the property and condo was very well suited to what we were looking for! The condo was clean but could definitely use a little help on a few small areas (bedskirt, outdoor furniture covers and balcony floors but I do realize it’s an outdoor space). We had no issues with pests. We didn’t use parking passes but they weren’t out in the basket for us. We got a warning of rule violation for hanging some towels on the balcony but didn’t know there was a rule against that. No big deal and we understand the rule. The property is across the street from private beach access and felt very safe and clean. We really enjoyed our meals at royal palm grille right next door! We walked to various shops along the boulevard and took Ubers. We had no problem! Be aware that the condo has lots of towels but extra light blankets are still not provided. We didn’t have kids so I took one off the bunk bed. The condo also has the minimal amount of items for kitchen ware, and we couldn’t find a cork screw for wine. No salt pepper coffee or any basics. Be prepared to buy more of everything (toilet paper, paper towel) although it is nice that dishwasher soap and laundry soap for two loads is provided. We didn’t have an issue with the location on the 3rd floor but it did get a little louder as a music festival was heading in town, which was the last night of our trip. Bring ear plugs or consider a different condo if you’re sensitive to noise. Otherwise, great spot and we would stay again!

Nice but

Nice condo. Beautiful view. Close to beach. Super helpful it had a play yard. But….this unit is right by elevators and trash chute. The noise from those two things plus the people who congregate in the elevator area is super loud especially when trying to sleep. If you have a baby who naps or goes to bed early or if you go to bed before midnight then this condo may not be for you.

Love the ease of everything Majestic Sun. Easy parking, easy walk to the beach, easy transporting your things to your room with provided trolleys. Room was nice and clean. Enjoyed the light bedding. Very nice.

Cute and convenient

The location was convenient for beach access. The third floor, where the condo is located is so close to the parking garage, so if you park on the third level it’s very convenient. The only complaint I have is the outside noise. You can hear other doors closing, people walking and talking outside of the condo.

Wouldn’t stay there!!

Master bedroom (only bedroom) is right beside the elevator. It is not listed on the information. Very loud! Super cheap, uncomfortable mattresses!

Great View and Location!!

This place was great! It had a great view of the beach/ocean and all we had to do was walk across the street to the beach. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that there was no comforter blanket, just this thin blanket on top of sheets. We were pretty cold at night lol. Other than that it was a great unit.
