With almost 900 square feet, this 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit is so spacious you'll have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time with family and friends at the beach. We have stocked the kitchen with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Our beds have been outfitted with comfortable mattresses and sheets. Our bathrooms are equipped with plush towels and spa soaps and shampoos. We've installed hooks, making it easy for you to keep your space clutter-free so you can relax and enjoy the view. Just Beachy has a starter supply of hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen has new appliances, an array of small appliances, and the full-size stackable washer and dryer are so big you'll have room to wash everything at once - leaving you time for the fun activities. High Speed wireless Internet is available throughout the unit, ring doorbell camera and commercial door lock for security.

This condo will accommodate 4 people in beds (1 King and 2 Bunks) and an additional 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in the family room. This condo comes with free wireless internet! The family room has a large 65” Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a tv, window and closet. The bunk beds are located in the hall between the master and kitchen. The kids will love the bunk beds. There is one bathroom connected to the master bedroom and one bathroom next to the kitchen. The hall bath has an easy-access shower and the master bath has a tub/shower combination.

Other amenities include: gated community, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball goals, pleasant walking and jogging areas, and large, generously lit interior parking with security during high season.


Maravilla Resort Condominiums is located on beautiful Miramar Beach and because we have a deeded beach, our views are unobstructed. Maravilla is a gated community and one of only a few resorts where you can enter the property from either Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive making venturing out really convenient. Just Beachy is a top floor unit just steps from the pool. We have comfortable seating for 4 on the balcony with polywood chairs so you can relax while reading a book or enjoying a cold drink!

Maravilla has 2 large pools, one Gulf-front and one seasonally heated. The resort has a hot tub, a work out room, tennis courts and a basketball hoop.

Our beach attendants are fantastic. Our unit comes with daily beach set up, 2 chairs and one umbrella, from mid March - end of October.

If you have a family gathering and need an additional condo we have 2 in the complex, that can sleep a total of 12 just steps apart.
