Your dream beach getaway awaits on the Gulf of Mexico and the panhandle of Florida! This unit allows Snowbird Friendly Rates from December to February. Renovated in 2023, this lovely resort is mere steps away from the sand and surf, so spend your days on the water either lounging, collecting shells, or renting water equipment like paddleboards and surfboards. Make sure to keep an eye out for any dolphins swimming by to say hello! An array of amenities is provided to keep you entertained, including pools, a hot tub, a sauna, & world-class tennis courts.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony with spectacular ocean views. All three sofas fold out into queen-size beds. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures, with a sofa bed provided for extra room.

BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect spot for a family of 4!

Great location, wonderfully appointed condo, loved the resort as whole. It was perfect for our family of 4 with younger kids who absolutely loved the bunk beds with personal TV's. The condo was very clean when we arrived, great selection of linens, overall thrilled with our time there and will book this condo again.

Make-a-wish come true

When my 92 year old father asked me to find a place on the beach with a balcony, this place was exactly what he wished for. The accommodations were beautiful, and the balcony and views were amazing.

Lovely

I had never been here before, and in fact had booked Sundestin Resort down the street before finding out their pools/hot tubs/balconies were all closed. So it was a last minute change to go to pelican beach and it was phenomenal! they had multiple pools, multiple hot tubs, a nice little fitness center with sauna/steam room, and an on-site little restaurant for breakfast & lunch. it was the best beach trip I've had

Great place.

Great place to stay. Clean and great use of space. The master bath toilet could use some help. My wife noticed it had a lot of trouble flushing the little rascals. Other than that, no complaints.

Unit was clean, furnishing were in good condition, not too crowded.

Kitchen utilities and supplies were very good. Everything was fine except the owner keeps the storage cupboard locked for his own use. When staying long term, 5 1/2 months, it left no place for suitcases, etc. It also meant laundry basket, ironing board, iron, a large mirror and picture, took up space in the only clothes closet. I wondered about the safety of beach paraphernalia being stored tightly around the furnace/ac unit.

Needs help.

This unit needs some work. The floors were always slippery. Wrong tile chosen . Elderly individuals would have a hard some. Needs a rugs in the living area. Needs a coffee table too. I put a glass on the end table and it almost slid off as it’s slanted. The view was obscured due to constant condensation on the outside of the sliding glass doors to the balcony. I had to constantly wipe them off with paper towels. I guess a seal leaks. Needs more than one dish towel in the kitchen. The frying pan is small as well. More glasses would have been nice. The living room tv was difficult. Would not come on and had to call for help. A picnic table in the living area was a little weird but functional. The bed in main bedroom was very comfortable.

Great view but a little run down

The location and unit was in the perfect spot on the beach but a little outdated/run down. The unit was located right off the elevator which was nice and we didn’t hear much commotions from the outside. The laundry room was also right outside the unit but it was community and coin laundry. The king bed was really firm or hard and wasn’t great for my back. The sofa was old and needed a deep clean. We used the sheets for the pullout sofa to cover it just to sit on it. I really wished the we had stuff to used for the beach such as beach towels and boogie boards but there wasn’t any so we had to go out and buy them. Also, the resort offered beach chairs and umbrellas for an hourly and daily fee, wished it would’ve been included in the rental fee but it wasn’t so we didn’t use it. But we did love all the pools and tiki bar. You really do get what you paid for.

Good bones, terrible furniture

Great view. Nice kitchen and bath(s). The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. No-one in our party was able to sleep majority of the time. Condition and layout of the living room furniture was bizarre and overall unappealing. Would go back to the complex, but not this room.

5 stars for location

The location is prefect and the views 10 out I f 10. The unit itself, not so much. When turning down the cover on the bed there was sand all over the sheet which also was too small for the bed. I immediately put a sheet over the couch because of all of the stains on it as well as the upholstered chair. I didn't want to touch either let alone my 3 year old grandson! When we pulled out the hide-a-bed, it was DISGUSTING!!! We weren't able to use it at all! The towels in the hall bathroom had what I'm hoping was chocolate on two of them. The blanket on one of the bunks also had some sort of stains on it. The screen door isn't usable because it's ripped so badly it wouldn't have kept any bugs out. We did have a good time even with all of the issues with the unit.

Nice Place

The condo was huge for only being a one bedroom and 2 bath. Beautiful scenic view of the emerald coast. Excellent tiki bar and pools, gym, and little Cafe/store/restaurant. No real coffee/espresso options unfortunately. Close to everything and can walk to what you need but it's not safe. There are no sidewalks to get off the property. Crossing the main drag to get to all the amenities was dangerous. The security on the premises does their jobs very well. Don't forget your bracelet!

Nice clean comfortable condo

We had a an enjoyable stay in unit 504. Conveniently located right off the elevator and across from the laundry room. Beds were all comfortable. Shower heads are moldy and could use a deep clean and would have liked to have actual beach chairs instead of lawn chairs to use at the beach. Ocean view is amazing and room is also located over the outdoor pool area as well. We arrived early but were not allowed to get into our room before 4 PM even after calling Vacasa which was frustrating as we feel like we wasted part of our day waiting to get settled and could have enjoyed the beautiful day by the pool or ocean.

Nice Beachfront Condo

The condo was nice. It slept all 6 of us comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Our only complaint was the sofa. It needs to be replaced. It's is very worn and dirty.

Need a few upgrades

Shower curtain was molded. Toilet seat needs changing. Sheets on the king size bed looked stained and dirty. Ironing board was broken. Sofa in living area was stained and looked old, need to be thrown out or cleaned.

Perfect for a getaway

We loved this resort so much! It is private so we felt safe. The beach is private. It has 3 pools, a spa, & a hottub. The view was AMAZING! & for the price you couldn't beat,my husband wouldn't hush about how good i done. Book this room its very worth it! (Only thing I will say is the tub doesn't drain very well it that's an easy fix I still give this place 5 stars) can't wait to be back soon!!! 💙

Check in time

Overall happy with the out stay. Great location and nice facility. Only issue we had was that check in said 4 and we arrived at 3. I went to the front desk to see if we could check in early and was checked in promptly. Upon reaching the room housekeeping was finishing cleaning. We told them we would wait, but they insisted on letting us putting our thing in the cleaned room. Upon their completion the door closed and we could not enter the room until 4. The door code is not activated until exactly 4pm. Not the biggest issue, but just an inconvenience. Little communication from the front desk would’ve prevented this issue. Once again, we were very happy with our accommodations.
