Pelican Beach # 205 es un fabuloso condominio frente al mar de un dormitorio 'en la arena' con vistas panorámicas del Golfo de México. El recientemente renovado apartamento de un dormitorio / dos baños ofrece un dormitorio principal con una lujosa cama king de espuma de memoria, baño privado y televisión por cable privada. El pasillo cuenta con literas empotradas, perfectas para los más pequeños de su familia y un baño completo adicional.

La nueva cocina está totalmente equipada con una gama completa, nevera, lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, utensilios de cocina y platos. Completamente surtido con ropa de cama, toallas y muchos extras.

The location of this condo and the view make this an excellent venue. It overlooks one of several pools and offers a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. We would stay here again, it was perfect for our family vacation.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Location of the unit on the second floor was fabulous because we didn’t have to wait for the elevator! Kitchen is newly renovated with tons of counter space. Host was responsive and very helpful. The staff at the resort was superb! 10/10 would book again

Great location and pools. Beach water was clear and glassy. Elevators were a bit congested and one was out of order causing delays, but the cafe was on point as well.

Conveniently located and clean, mostly, the master bath shower curtain needs changing so we didn’t use it. Beach bar service was great! Good restaurants nearby!

Beautiful View!

Peggy and David were wonderful to work with. We loved the view and the great location. Bunk beds were a little small for teenage boys, but they still worked. Quiet building which is always nice when on vacation.

Loved our stay!

This place was just as described! It was very nice, comfortable, charming decor and extremely clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was perfect for slow mornings w/ coffee and pretty views. It was located on the second floor, so we were able take the stairs & not have to wait for the elevator each time we went somewhere. The beach is close and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Destin!

Great stay.

We had a terrific stay. Only complaint was other tenants that were loud in the hallways outside but it is because there were a bunch of teenagers there for a baseball tournament. The unit was fantastic.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and updated and was in a great location. Right on the beach and had a very nice pool and hot tub also! Communication with the owner was awesome!

The chair rental company makes it so you cannot sit in your personal chairs anywhere but behind the rentals, so because we didn’t pay extra to rent their chairs and brought our own our view consisted of over a hundred rental chairs and umbrellas.

We really enjoyed our stay

The property was as advertised. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really liked that it was on the second floor, so access to the beach was just down one set of stairs, which kept us from having to use the elevator everytime we took our things to the beach. Highly recommend this rental.

Beachfront location

Our condo was very nice, and recommend it to anyone. The view was beautiful and only being on the Second floor made it nice to see the kids in one of the pools on the property, while we were on the balcony in our room.

We own and operate a vacation rental business with properties in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee - the home of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Destin, Florida. Two of our favorite vacation destinations!!

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and have always dreamed of owning our own place at the beach, Pelican is 'on the sand', close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building is only steps to the water, offers a wonderful restaurant, , fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, and covered parking. Pelican is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer.
