We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: The Tiki hut and pool are shared amenities designed to enhance the vacation experience, and while it can be lively during the day, many guests enjoy its festive atmosphere. The unit has hurricane ready doors so if left closed properly, noise is typically at a minimum. The pool and Gulf views from the unit are among its most-loved features, offering a relaxing and scenic backdrop. Regarding the washer/dryer, it is a modern combo unit that typically performs well—many guests find it convenient for use during their stay. There is also a commercial washer/dryer available just two door down from the condo if guests prefer to use that. We’re also committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and furnishings, and we’ll continue to monitor and refresh items as needed.
