Artísticamente inspirado, 'Studio Azul' es una propiedad verdaderamente único! Es en un terreno muy boscosa en medio de las colinas de Travis Heights. Rodeado por un exuberante jardín, este lugar es una gran oportunidad escapada!

Más de 1.000 pies cuadrados de espacio de estudio de arte. Perfecto para familias que viajan o bandas. Ideal para viajar artistas en necesidad de espacio creativo .... incluso si usted es un viajero, este es un gran espacio abierto para relajarse (o trabajo).

Grandes ventanales con vistas al bosque. Se admiten mascotas. Cubierta del patio trasero enorme espera con dos estanques! Un cuarto de baño muy especial que es una obra de arte. Y nos pasaron cocina demasiado (horno más grandes y cocina, más ollas y sartenes) para nuestros huéspedes que quieran quedarse en casa y cocinar comidas.

A poca distancia de Congreso del Sur, el mejor distrito de entretenimiento de Austin y dentro de una milla de la ciudad!

Great place to stay with large open area

Clean and efficient. Place is different and memorable. Bright colors. Hidden features behind the gate. Host was nice and answered questions quickly. Host is in adjoining residence. Place was good for our medium size dog.

Cute Place

Super cute little place, check in and out process was super easy. It was nicely clean. I texted the owner a couple of times with questions and she replied fairly quick. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm, but also we were super close to downtown. We will definitely comeback with our kids.

Loved this place!!

Christina was so friendly and made the check-in process so simple. This place is wonderful for a weekend getaway and really brings to light the true feeling of Austin. Definitely a must stay!

Loved this cool place!

Such a unique and fun studio that has something for your eyes in every direction. Used as a home base for three of us for a four-night stay and were happy to return each night. Secluded, terraced back yard with a fountain and we enjoyed the fire pit. Located in a Travis Heights, a neighborhood of unique and unusual homes that is very quiet and safe. It's just blocks from Riverside Dr., which connects to all the bridges into downtown. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful neighborhood/funky fun place

We loved the space/neighborhood/location for it’s creative and funky, but we have some constructive criticism to share as we are a community looking out/helping one another out! The place could use some sprucing up, the t.v (had a weird black line in the middle of it that would appear every once in a while) and mattresses need replaced (a memory foam mattress on top would help tremendously) along with some new outdoor furniture, current ones are pretty shabby. Some real curtains would be better for the current ones are thin/shear/tutu like material so if light bothers you, bring an eye mask. This place has the potential, but needs some money spent on updating then it will be perfect and shine with pride.

Location, location, location!

We came down to Austin for 2 concerts. One at Stubbs on Friday night and one at Scoot Inn on Saturday. Great location for these and everything else you want to do in the city. Also, I can't fail to mention how neat the space is, also the grounds. Cool, clean and comfortable!

Such a great, unique getaway spot

Amazing!!

We had a great stay at Studio Azul on our annual Girl's trip with my mom, sister and niece. The room was very eclectic...especially the bathroom. The grounds were just amazing. And our hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved it!

Only stayed here for one night, but the Owner allowed us a late check out, which was SUPER awesome. The place is small but laid out in a smart and cozy way. The outdoor area is shared, which is cool, just make sure if you bring a dog that they are people and dog friendly. Overall, loved the place, would stay again.

Amazing location, awesome property

The location of the house was awesome. Less than a mile from south congress and all the great shops and restaurants. The actual house is so cool! Colorful and fun. Everything we needed was there. The property was beautiful and private for the most part. Far enough away from the hustle bustle of the city and surrounded by green plants and the running water in the pond in the backyard is so relaxing, but we were never more than 4 minutes from the closest Uber. We will definilty be back.

Exactly as pictures!

Perfect space for our trip!

We totally loved this studio space. The grounds were so charming and offered the right atmosphere for our group of women to meet and hold a happy hour. I highly recommend this place for people who are looking for something off the beaten path with the flavor of old Austin creativity. It is located very close to downtown in a peaceful neighborhood. The space had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Quirky Austin Artist's Loft

My family of six stayed comfortably in this studio apartment for the weekend. The loft is decorated very creatively - the kids loved the bathroom and shower. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens for the kids to sleep on the comfy sofas. The back of the property is stunning - I wish we had taken pics with the kids in the back yard. We are so impressed with this beautiful, light and airy studio. Thanks to Christina & Andrew for opening your home to our family!

A little Gem hidden in Travis Heights

Perfect property in the heart of Austin

This is an outstanding place to stay in Austin! Just minutes from the hopping South Congress, Rainey Street, Lady Bird trail and downtown areas of Austin. The neighborhood in this Travis Heights area is home to some spectacular bungalows including Casa Kenwood. Furnishings were very accommodating, the backyard oasis is an added bonus! The only negative about this place is the pillows were a little too hard for my taste but that is an easy remedy. We love staying in places like this to get a flavor of what we don't have at home. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions prior to our stay and during our long weekend. Thank you for such a great stay!

funky artsy studio

Our family of 4 (2 teenage kids) stayed here in Feb 2016. We loved it!!! it was truly an funky artistic gem within walking distance to Soco. Cant' say enough. Had coffee in peaceful backyard, slept really well in the king bed. Was spacious enough for all of us to move about. Loved the bathroom!! I'm currently referring friends of mine to stay there next Feb, and hope to go back with girlfriends one day. This will be our go to place when staying in Austin for sure!

Love this little place!

It's a perfect little getaway spot with all the comforts of home and can accommodate up to 6 guests very comfortably! It's nice and quiet, the scenery is beautiful and it's close to so many things! We will be staying here again and again!

Gorgeous and green!

awesome!

the neighborhood is very quiet, and it is located in a nice and convenient location, close to many attractions. I love the entrance to the home, and the studio was well kept and very vintage looking. Very clean, and everything we needed was provided. The patio was one of it's best features, very nature friendly. We met one of the homeowners and he gave us tips on where to go visit, since we were planning to go to Hamilton pool, but we arrive too late :(. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again if i ever plan on visiting Austin. i highly recommended. Thank you to the owners that let us stayed there for the weekend, it was a pleasure.

We have a beautiful neighborhood lined with trees and rolling hills. I sometimes forget how close we are to downtown because we're surrounded by a nature reserve area known as Blunn Creek.
