Location, location, location!!!

We were here for a conference downtown and this was the perfect place for us! Location was amazing…super close to everything great in Austin. The place was super clean and had everything you could need. You can tell a lot of thought went in to making this feel like a home away from home.

March in Austin

We stayed in this house in March 2025. The description of this property is very accurate. This property was very nice with high end finishes and very comfortable beds. Everything was great and we would stay here again. This is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Location was great for being close to downtown and sightseeing.

Great location and very clean/nice furnishings

Easy walking distance to 6th street, parking situation solid for one car, two probably a squeeze but lots of street parking nearby. Kitchen appliances were all very new and nice, place felt very clean and well taken care of. Lots of things provided like shampoo/body wash, trash bags, towels and extra bedding, etc.

Very comfortable & great location!

My partner and I stayed here for a week and hosted a couple of Christmas gatherings with family. Other than the fact, there is no dining area other than the kitchen bar, the place was very comfortable and in walking distance from some cool restaurants. Plus, the state cemetery is just a block away and it is beautiful! It was a short drive to downtown Austin, which was very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom was a good size and the water pressure was perfect.

Work Trip

My 3 co-workers and I enjoyed the stay here. The place was very clean and had a lot of space. We appreciated the multiple bathrooms and two floors. It was also nice to have 2 outdoor spaces to enjoy. Wish we had time to use the fire pit. Definitely not far from everything and quick Ubers home at night and quick to the airport. We’d stay here again.

First time in Austin!

We had a great stay here for a long weekend Austin! The house was in a nice location, a short Uber ride away from the downtown area. There were also some restaurants within walking distance. Everything in the house was exactly like the listing. The co-host Erika was very attentive with a couple small issues we had and quickly addressed/fixed those issues. Overall was a great stay and we would come back again!

East Austin Spring Visit

The property was perfect for our stay with 3 adults. It was so clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Great for walking to East Austin restaurants and food trucks, easy to hop on electric scooters and head downtown or over to South Congress and the view of the city skyline from the sitting room (right off the master bedroom) was stunning. We had our dogs with us so the fenced in area worked out great and we enjoyed walking them around East Austin and down by Lady Bird Lake. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to be able to easily access great city neighborhoods.

Close to most everything.

Great view of city from 2nd floor. We ate breakfast at Counter Cafe 2 times which is walking distance. Also walked to the PaperBoy for breakfast which is the other direction. There is a little grocery store on 6th which is also walking distance - right near Zilker Brewing if you want to stop for a beer at the same time. The Uber will come to address below the house so walk down the hill a little. It really is good as a 2Br. Shower/bathrooms were clean and hot water was great.
