Whether you're looking for a cool summer getaway or a snowy winter retreat, our Peace+Pines Paradise is the perfect place to stay! Located in the beautiful Parks community, experience cozy luxury in our 2,050 square foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bath home. Our home caters to those who want to relax in comfort and privacy, with lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. We hope you love the comfort and beauty of this home as much as we do!

We will take extra care to ensure that the home has been properly cleaned and sanitized between guests. We follow a CDC compliant cleaning protocol.

The two bedrooms in the home are quite large, very private, quiet and relaxing. Each bedroom is like a private suite with large couches, private decks, large screen TVs, lots of books, and beautiful views.

The master bedroom has a brand new king size, memory foam mattress, comfortable seating areas, built-in bookshelves, a 65" ultra HD TV, and an expansive deck with beautiful views of the surrounding forest. The master bedroom has a full en suite bathroom.

In the second bedroom you'll experience a top quality queen mattress. There is a very large and comfortable seating area in the second bedroom with a 60" 4K TV and excellent sound system. The guest bathroom includes a powerful jetted tub with mood lighting and heater. The second bedroom also includes a private deck and a separate salon (i.e. dressing/make-up room).

For extra guests, a queen air-mattress is available and a futon is available as well. A pack and play and play pen are available for our youngest guests.

The home's kitchen is outfitted with plenty of dishware, silverware, pots & pans, a large oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Typically there is plenty of coffee and tea in the pantry and condiments in the refrigerator for your use. A highchair is available in the kitchen as well.

There are large decks with incredible views looking out towards the Kaibab National Forest. If you enjoy nature, there are marked hiking trails directly behind the home with several benches placed for watching the wildlife.

Additional amenities include Starlink WiFi, a DVD player with DVD library, over 100 recorded movies, many shelves of books (including children's), puzzles, and a propane gas grill. Also, you'll notice many extras and special touches throughout the home. We have lots of special perks and products for you to try on your vacation, including a Soundboks portable speaker and two Aventon e-bikes!

We ask that our guests conserve water to the extent possible as we haul water to our home. Laundry facilities may be used for stays 5 days or longer.

Stay was good. The place was nice, well cleaned, and easy to access. The grill was shot, so bummer we couldn't cook any hot dogs out there. And the hiking trail markers behind the house were lost to tree thinning. But overall the property was great and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great Getaway

We have stayed here twice before this trip and we still love it! It’s a great location between Flagstaff and Williams. We love that it’s tucked away in the woods because even if the snow has melted in Flagstaff there is still usually some snow here. It has everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. We love the heated toilet seats and heated bathrooms. We will be back again next year!

We all loved our stay at Paradise Pines! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the extra toys and games and the swing out back was a big hit. Cary was great to communicate with and the home was peaceful and quite!

Great place near several activities

House was cozy and all decorated for Christmas. It fit six of us comfortably. Kids enjoyed playing around the property, we all wished there was snow to play in though :( It would have also been nice to have a fireplace we could have used for the chilly evening. Communication with the owner was great. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family Friendly and relaxing!

Great place for a family to relax and unwind. Plenty of toys and even a swing outside for the kids. Separate bedroom suites for relaxing with great views out the big windows. Away from the noises of the city with plenty of great views off the multiple patios.

Chilling in the pines

Great cabin location , exceptionally clean ( and we have stayed a lots of similar properties ) saw some mule deer in the late afternoon … Great for couples and small families . Loved the details , including the toiletry samples , the kitchen with lots of little amenities , and we love the Parks area, close to Flagstaff, Williams , Grand Canyon !

Cozy Cabin

We still love the cabin! This was our 2nd time here to play in the snow with the kids, go to the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. The cabin was a great location for doing everything we wanted to do. The cabin had everything necessary to cook meals. We love the heaters in both bathrooms.

Awesome Grand Canyon Home

This home is an awesome property for anyone visiting the Grand Canyon or Williams (AZ). It's spacious, extraordinarily well-stocked, very well located with easy access to Williams, Bearizona and the south rim of the Grand Canyon and the owner is very easy to work with. We have now stayed at this property twice this year and it will be our top choice for future visits.

Nice stay

We had a very nice stay! The property was in a pretty area removed from high traffic but close enough to Williams and Grand Canyon. One odd thing about it… no window coverings in the back including the bathroom. Didn’t really like the lack of privacy there but overall a great stay! Very Well stocked

Cute Cabin

The cabin was as advertised. The bedrooms were quite large. The property was quite large also. The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed for several days of staying here. One day we were snowed in but we were fine. The kids could play in the snow and then come inside to warm up with some Netflix. The owner had a guy plow the driveway but it snowed another several inches. We managed to shovel ourselves out and put on very necessary snow chains. A few neighbors came by to help us out too. Overall, we had a great time!

Peaceful, clean, well located

Well located between activities in Williams and Flagstaff, easy to find, and full of nice touches like labeled light switches and a well equipped kitchen. Clean and exactly as described. Excellent outdoor space with room for kids to play and access to trails. Peace amongst the trees yet just off 40/66 and 25 min to groceries and local attractions.

The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Perfectly located to enjoy northern Arizona - Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, and access to many outdoor adventures. The owners were helpful and courteous, and worked to immediately resolve one minor issue that arose.

Summer in the Pines

The perfect quick getaway from Phoenix. Great time to reset with our family of four before the kids returned to school. We enjoyed the short drive to Williams AZ - new mountain coaster, deer farm, local breweries, etc. Enjoyed relaxing on the fantastic deck and soaking in the mountain air. Ebikes were an awesome bonus as well as having separate space for grown ups and kids to unwind! Kids enjoyed the movie selections. Hosts were easy to reach for questions both leading up to the trip and during the stay. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful place

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. My 3 children loved the swing outside. It is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The snacks were very appeciated by my children. Thank you for the hospitallity and the extra steps you all took to help our vacation be perfect.

As a guest, I always try to leave any place I stay cleaner than when I arrived. I respect your home as if it were mine and I love things to be very clean and organized. I would hope that our guests treat us and our home with respect as well. We hope our guests enjoy their stay so much they can't wait to return!

We're so excited to share our piece of paradise with you! As a child, my favorite family vacations were the ones we took to stay in a cabin in the woods. Getting away to a beautiful place where the air was crisper and cleaner, strolling through the trees and observing wildlife, reading stories at night, gathering wildflowers....those memories are some of my favorites. I always wanted my own place in the woods and when we first visited Parks in a vacation rental, we knew this was the place for us. The views, the peacefulness, the community - we found our Peace and Pines in Paradise!
