This property was beautiful! The location was walking distance to everything we needed. The view was amazing! My only complaint would be that the AC was really loud. It worked well but it was noisy!

Very nice end unit. Check-in was easy, some dishes/pans were very dirty (had food on them). Wi-Fi was very good.Furniture in great room needs to be replaced. The panoramic views were outstanding. The resort was very nice and we would stay there again.

Nice condo for a long weekend at the beach!

The condo was as described, we enjoyed our stay! It could use some touch ups inside here and there, and the cleanliness in the bathrooms was just ok. But overall a nice place for a short trip to the beach!

Too many elevators having to use to get to get in an out.

Great place to stay for location , housekeeping needs to be better I know they hav a short time between renters but you can’t walk across the floor barefoot without the bottom of your feet being black. Hope this helps.

It’s ok

When we arrived everything was very clean and seemed nice. The bedroom with the queen bed has absolutely no air flow so it gets very hot in there while the other rooms are very cold. The chair on the balcony was broken and my husband almost fell out of it. The elevators are awful you wait 20 minutes for one to come then it’s completely full and have to wait more it seemed that all the elevators were not working. The air went out in the entire complex for about 12 hours so it got extremely hot. Our parking pass which you have to use to get in and out of the garage expired a day before our check out and we had to call security and they told us this has been happening a lot all day.

We are glad to hear you arrived to a clean condo but regret the challenges you faced with airflow, balcony furniture, elevators, and resort systems. We appreciate you letting us know about these issues so we can follow up where possible with both our team and the resort.

Disappointed!

We stayed in this unit for a week in July. While the location is ideal, (located on the main strip) this is a very touristy area, especially in July. The traffic was INSANE! It took an hour to drive 2 miles. Its right across the street from Pier Park and directly on the ocean. But again...INSANE traffic! This condo itself was roomy but the furniture was very worn. The couch in the picture is not what was in the room It was a much smaller, cheaper couch. Very uncomfortable for an adult to sit on. The mattresses were old and worn. The balcony had old broken chairs and 1 chaise lounger that was also broken. The walls were dirty from scuffs throughout. The whole condo could use a good painting. The pools were nice but there were so many rules that you couldn't enjoy it. No drinks in or near the pool. You have to stay out of the pool with them and you cannot sit on the side of the pool to enjoy them either. No floats, no balls, no frisbees, no anything allowed in the pool either. Basically you can get in and stand around or swim but nothing else. There is a pool guard who walks around and enforces all these rules. If you were lucky, you might land one of the 10-15 lounge chairs available but only if you got up early and ran down to the pool and sat there all day. No saving chairs. There is no shady spots for the littles or elderly anywhere around the pool. Not worth the price!

While we are glad you found the location convenient and the condo spacious, we understand your concerns with the furnishings, condition of the unit, and pool restrictions. Your feedback is valuable and will be reviewed with our team as we continue working to improve both the condo and guest experience.

Place was very nice. A little disappointed that I got a text that said you could text or call if you needed anything. No response from the 1st text. And then when I called because we were out of tissue paper was told you provide the initial supply. Well apparently the rolls weren't full because we were already out of toilet paper on Sat am after we had just checked in on Friday evening.

Awesome

Everything you see on line is what you get. Condo was clean. The view from the balcony was awesome. Every window in the condo has an ocean view! There is a tiki bar where you can get drinks, which were awesome, before heading to the beach. I do suggest getting the umbrella with the chairs so you can be up front on the beach instead of the lounge chairs where you will most likely be placed on the 3rd or 4th row. We were only able to purchase one umbrella and 2 chairs due to high demand. Purchased a couple of beach chairs at Alvin's for $16 a piece and an umbrella for $10 for the kiddos. All worked out great! The 2 pools were also excellent. Never over crowded.
