Come relax & enjoy the peacefulness of being in the country. Grill out on the back deck & have a seat in the rocking chairs overlooking the pool. The house is located on almost 2 acres of land on a private, dead end road.

Truly Quiet and Peaceful

Beautiful neighborhood- a true taste of living amongst the southern pines in the Sandhills. Roomy home and convenient to so many things to see and do!

Great place to stay

The rental was a great getaway where we could enjoy a pool while social distancing. The house was nice and had everything we needed for our stay while the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.

Very tranquil setting

We had a great stay here. It had a nice quiet setting but was convenient to local amenities. We would highly recommend it. Jackie was a pleasure to work with.

Perfect location for horse park events

We were competing at the horse park and this location is perfect. The house is large and clean and, if the weather had been warmer, we would have enjoyed the pool. The hosr is easy to communicate with. Im sure we'll stay there again. and

Great house for large family

House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets. The owner’s response time was great and she was friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous home! Everything we wanted and more.

The house was absolutely wonderful. Super clean. Beds were so comfy. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic. We stayed here while attending a horse show at CHP and the home was so convenient to the horse park. We will 100% be booking this property for all our horse shows in the future.

Nice property, responsive host

We had a great time swimming in the pool, running around in the large yard, and hanging out in the house. It was a great place for a few of us to meet up with our kids. Jackie responded quickly whenever I had questions.

Family Staycation.

Hard to go wrong with a pool! Everything was clean and tidy. Only complaint is that the light in the pool didnt work for night swimming.(Didn't stop us though) Family had a blast and a relaxing few days. Would definitely recommend and might just book this property again. Host was responsive and helpful. Great location.

Home away from home

This home was great and comfortable the fenced in backyard was great for the dogs and the pool was the finishing touch. The house was very well furnished with everything you need. Me and my family loved it. We look forward to staying there again later. And I got to meet grandpa he is a wonder person . Thank you Jackie!!!

Country Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay and the property generally met our expectations. The "room for improvement items" related to: the bees, which seemed to be nesting near the pool; better pest control indoors; and although the property was generally pretty clean, there were a few spots in the bathroom which were missed.

DOES NOT MEET EXPECATIONS; Lack of host communication; dirty; broken amenities;

TERRIBLE. The online listing does NOT match the house we walked into. First, the house was DIRTY. There was mold in the coffee machine, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, hair everywhere, blood & dirt on towels, dead bugs everywhere, built-up grime in the bathrooms, vents were covered with hair & mold, the house smelled of mildew & mold. The grill was a fire hazard & HAS NEVER been cleaned. The doorknobs were broken & no safety measure was put in place. Second, NONE of the amenities were included as listed. The pool was broken & missing a part that would not be replaced until AFTER our stay. This was NOT communicated with us until we arrived despite that being the main amenity we booked the place for on the Memorial Holiday weekend. The firepit was not there & apparently broken. Again NO COMMUNICATION UNTIL WE ARRIVED AND COMPLAINED! The grill was disgustingly filthy & a fire-hazard. The host decided to send her father over without us consenting to check in on the issues so we had a strange man walking around the property without our consent. There was a broken toilet next to the pool. The entire pool area was filthy & none of the chairs or tables were clean, working, or set up. The host did a TERRIBLE job of communicating any of these issues prior to our stay. If the host actually bothered to check-in on her property & communicated with us when I REACHED OUT TWO WEEKS BEFORE OUR STAY, we would've made other accommodations. No recourse/solution has been offered. Pics avail.

Great family home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood just south of Pinehurst and has an amazing outdoor space. The yard, the back deck and pool area were where we spent most of our time when we got back home from golf. The fact that it’s family friendly for all ages (including our furry family members) made it so much better than staying in a hotel. We absolutely would rent again. Jackie is a superb host and is quick with communication. 5 stars all around!

Great place for a horse show weekend

We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for a horse show at the Carolina Horse Park. The location was perfect with convenience to the horse park and to restaurants while still in a peaceful setting. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was fantastic and a refreshing way to relax after the show!

Perfect location

We were showing at the Carolina Horse Park and this was a perfect location. It was roomy and clean and close to the horse park. The pool was delightful after a long, hot day. We plan to rent again when we are showing up there.

Peace, quiet and pool fun!

This place was a great value for our family of five, looking for a few days out of town at a place with a pool. The four bedrooms allowed everyone to spread out, and you can't beat the privacy of your own pool. We hit the grocery store on the way in and cooked our own meals for the 3-4 days we were there and only went "into town" once for ice cream. Overall very clean - owner is professional/knows what she's doing. Would love to come back soon!

Perfect place

If you’re show at Carolina Horse Park or playing golf with your friends this is the perfect location and property.. tons of space, our dogs loved being outside in the fenced yard.. everything you could need at a great price
