Located steps off the 2nd tee of Pinehurst #5, this newly-renovated, beautiful home is an ideal location for visitors to the Pinehurst Resort and the Village of Pinehurst. Unbeatable fairway view from restored back patio makes this the perfect destination for your visit to Pinehurst.

This home was purchased and renovated in 2022 with all the latest conveniences and technology. It is a private residence and only available to rent during special Pinehurst events so act quickly before it's gone.

Master bedroom features brand-new, King-size bed with en-suite bathroom and completely renovated double-vanity and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom #1 features brand-new, Queen-size bed adjacent to full-bathroom with shower/tub and all-new fixtures. Guest bedroom #2 is great for kids with 2 new full-size beds.

Kitchen is brand-new with the latest Kitchen Aid appliances and dining-area with seating for 4 plus 2 additional seats at peninsula. Laundry area has state-of-the art washer and dryer.

For those needing to put in some time at work, there is a separate office area with two fully-functional desks and ultra hi-speed Wi-Fi.

Main room features brand-new 65" 4K TV with many streaming options and comfortable seating for 6. Bar area with ice maker is delightful for winding down after a day at Pinehurst.

Home also boasts a gated pet-run for your furry friend and a spacious two-car garage for all of your gear.

Great property in a great location. Walked to the Pinehurst Village every morning with our yellow lab. Marc checked in often to ensure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again.

Pinehurst Perfect!

Throughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this centrally located Pinehurst oasis. All the creature comforts and within easy walking distance of the village made for a wonderful vacation. Enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the back deck, long walks with the dogs and cooking most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. Marc was a most gracious host… always available to take the odd question and happy to offer tips that made our visit truly special. We look forward to a return visit in the near future. Ten out of ten…!!!

We love this home, not only are the owners very responsive and organized but the place is clean and has everything you would need while traveling. Exceptional home in a wonderful neighborhood

This home was immaculate, and a perfect place for us to come visit our family in the area. Plenty of room for guests, every amenity that we needed, and a very interactive owner that was helpful and supportive when minor questions arose. For golfers, this is an absolute dream property to stay at, right on the 2nd tee of Pinehurst 5. For non-golfers, it is still a wonderful home to rest and relax in while visiting friends or family. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit NC.

This home is exactly as marketed. Spacious, clean and newly renovated. The home's location on the course is wonderful and is close to many restaurants and shopping. Lovely stay right on Golf Course!

My Husband and I stayed here along with our dog for Memorial day weekend. WOW! The property is newly renovated and beautifully done. SO CLEAN and the master bed slept like a cloud. House would be perfect for 3 couples or couples with kids. There is a back porch that backs up to the tee box of #2 and is great for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There is also a dog run on the side of the house that was perfect for our dog- the house was very pet friendly :) Location was wonderful as well- about 3-5 minutes from Pinehurst Village, the Resort and par 3 for golfing. We could not find a walking path to walk to the village without getting on the main road- perhaps we missed it but it was a quick drive. Marc- the host, was awesome and very responsive - beautiful goody basket was awaiting for us when we arrived along with a fully working kitchen. Overall Great stay in Pinehurst :)!

Amazing property in an amazing location

Our family stayed here over thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The House is located just minutes from downtown Pinehurst and the actual golf club. House was clean, well appointed and perfect for our family. Owner was fast and easy to communicate with! We will be staying here for all future trips to Pinehurst.

Amazing experience

The process was smooth as it Was the first time we have used this service. This property was amazing. Great location on no 5 course. Beautiful views. Very convenient to everything in Pinehurst. We enjoyed the deck with family. It helped that the weather was great the entire stay. Our dogs enjoyed the deck and dog run as well. The inside of the house was very well maintained and beautifully decorated for fall. Such a cozy feel for our family. There were lots of extra blankets, towels and pillows. Kitchen well stocked with anything you would need. The owner was very responsive to questions and even checked on us. We will definitely keep this property in mind when we are back in tbe area. A great experience.
