Upon entering the property via the communal garage, you will step into the home's main living space that holds the living room, dining area and kitchen — all with a modern design and hardwood floors throughout.

Living Room: This room boasts mountain contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65” TCL Roku TV with DirecTV programming. Step out onto the adjacent balcony to enjoy the fresh air and surrounding mountain views.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, featuring a Subzero refrigerator, Asko dishwasher, and a Wolf six-burner gas range and microwave. The stone counters provide plenty of space for meal prep and entertaining, while the large center island offers seating for two.

Dining Area: Seating for up to six guests at the modern style table.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Grand Master suite (upper level) — King size bed, cozy gas fireplace, 65” TCL Roku TV with DirecTV, and private balcony with amazing views. The en suite bath has walk-in closet, double sinks within gorgeous stone countertops, a soothing soaking tub and a large tile/glass shower.

Master bedroom 2 (upper level) – Queen platform bed over a queen bed, 65” TCL Roku TV with DirecTV, and private bathroom offering a tub/shower combination.

Master bedroom 3 (lower level) — King bed, 65” TCL Roku TV with DirecTV, private bath with double sinks and a large tile shower with two shower heads. There is access to the patio where you will find the private hot tub.

Ski Room/Storage: On the lower (first) level is the ski room to store all your gear. This area includes boot warmers, ski racks and features the home's ski-in/ski-out access. There are also four ski racks just outside the ski room door that can be locked.

Community Amenities: A slope-side clubhouse for Apex members and guests only, open year-round. Enjoy the stunning views from the lounge, or step outside where you will find a heated pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Experience the steam room, sauna, or a spa treatment room (coming soon), have some fun in the game room, or get your exercise in at the fitness center. A Concierge service is on-site to arrange private transportation, personal chefs or spa treatments. During the ski season, the Canyons Village Connect is also available for shuttle service in the Canyons Village area.
