This two-level home has all the comforts and amenities you've been hoping to find for your next winter getaway to Steamboat Springs! This is a ski-in/ski-out home just steps away from Steamboat Ski Resort, where you can ski fantastic runs like Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for the beginners and Headwall North and Vogue for the more advanced skiers. Following a fun afternoon on the mountain, head back to enjoy soaking your muscles in the shared hot tub then come home to kick back in the home's spacious living room. You'll love spreading out on the sofa to watch a great movie or ball game on TV while a savory soup simmers in the well-appointed full kitchen. The balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the pretty views.

Want to check out the downtown area? The restaurants and shops in the Village are great places to window shop or grab a bite to eat. You can also take the kids to Howelsen Ice Arena, just four miles north, where they can enjoy ice-rink bumper cars, watch games, and take skate lessons.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We loved this condo. It had plenty of space for 6 of us. Everything was clean and decor was nice. Short walk to the base area. We rented our skis from Black Tie Skis and kept our skis there overnight so we didn’t have to carry them back and forth. Highly recommend that. Loved that there was hot tub towels provided. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close. We had a rental car but you could probably stay here without one and use the shuttle. Appreciated that provided some trash bags and coffee filters too. Kitchen was well equipped. Would happily stay here again!

Amazing Ski In Ski Out

Walking distance to the trail. Able to easily ski in and ski out. Such an amazing unit right next to the mountain. Nearby hot tub is much needed for the end of a long day on the mountain. 10 minute drive to downtown. 10/10 recommend!!!

Best accommodations EVER!

We ski for 10-14 days/year and this was our 1st time in Steamboat. This is the BEST place we have ever stayed. The unit was sparkling clean, upgraded appliances (Bosch), fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots/pans. Very spacious, perfect bed configurations for our group of 6 adults. The complex seemed full, but it was very quiet. We never heard our neighbors. The hot tub was steps away. It is literally a 1-minute walk to a ski trail. LaCasa also offers a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town. That was a major convenience! All drivers were helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant. The staff at Vacasa was equally accommodating and responsive. It is within walking distance to a few restaurants, a small boutique grocery store/eatery, Christy Sports. Vacations, travel can be stressful, but LaCasa made things really easy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in Steamboat

The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults. It was really nice to have 3 bedrooms with big beds and for the bedrooms to all have their own bathrooms plus another full bonus bathroom. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was nicely equipped. The condo has been updated and the finish out and furnishings are top notch.

July Stay

Beautiful condo! We loved staying here, especially enjoyed the amazing kitchen appliances. it was too hot the first night until we located the attic fan that quickly cooled us down. Humidifiers in each room were supplied & helpful.

Photos and location misleading

It was ok. The place needs an upgrade of two old couches, the rug, saute pans in the kitchen that are scratched and unusable, shower valves difficult to set temp. Not at all ski in-ski out. Walking about 150 yards with skis to reach the hill is not ski-in ski-out. Good news is that the shuttle service was excellent.

Wonderful Condo Near Base

The space worked great for 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids had plenty of room to play and hang out. The condo was very close to the base so we were able to walk over for skiing easily. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here in the future.

Great place to stay

We really liked this La Casa unit. It was more than roomy for our family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen was very well stocked and spacious. The family room was also good sized with comfortable sofas. The water was not very warm throughout but the management company came right away to adjust the temperature. The only negative is that the master bedroom was not very private - had "windows" which opened to the family room so it was hard to go to bed earlier than your kids. We enjoyed the convenience of the on call shuttle - the shuttle drivers were always friendly and right on time. Would definitely stay here again.
