Amazing views await you from this top-floor 3 bedroom condo at the Promontory! Upon entry a nice sized kitchen with island and breakfast bar greets you as well as a boot dryer for your mountain adventures. Moving through the kitchen you enter the dining and living areas with lofted ceilings. The dining area has seating for 6 people and there are 2 more seats at the counter. The living area has comfortable furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace. From here you have access to the large balcony with amazing views of the valley and you can even glimpse the Flat Tops beyond.
There is one bedroom with Queen bed on this main level and one full bathroom with walk-in shower. Head upstairs to an open loft with sleeper sofa and a shared bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, one with large King bed and the other with a Queen bed. Enjoy free Wi-Fi to keep in touch or to stream your favorite shows. Please note, due to insurance regulations the gas grill on the deck is no longer available, however there is now an electric grill.
After a day exploring the mountain, soak in the Promontory hot tub or in the summer take a dip in the pool. The condo has room for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. We would love to host your Steamboat adventures at the Promontory Condos.

This was a large, comfortable space with multiple areas to hang out, a deck with a great view and table and chairs, very pleasant to just be around the condo. And it's an easy walk to the edge of the resort area restaurants / shops, and convenient to all the attractions in downtown Steamboat and the general area. We had a great time, would stay again, didn't want to leave.

The kitchen had all the necessary basics. It was clean and organized. Beautiful view from the balcony, and we were able to watch a hot air balloon every morning!

Great space and location
Two families of four stayed here very comfortably for one week. Property is clean and spacious, and just a short walk to the hill to pop on your skis to ski down to the gondola. We would stay here again!

Great Time
Our family enjoyed staying here. It was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked! It did get really hot in the condo and we appreciated all the fans, but we did wish the sliding doors had screens so we could leave them open without letting bugs in. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent condo
We loved our stay. Condo was comfortable and had fairly easy access to the slopes, which is what we were looking for. Kitchen was well-equipped. Place was spotless and bathrooms were loaded with towels. Great place for our family of 6!

The condo is well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great, walking distance to the lifts and base area, and easy to access via the free bus. The pool in the summer was a nice addition, especially because the river was closed for floating due to low water.We really enjoyed the balcony and views in the evening and were thankful for fans in every bedroom. The only concern was that the glass panel in the shower downstairs was not very secure and seems like it could be dangerous.

Absolute perfect family set up. This was our 2nd year staying. Well appointed amenities throughout and the location is top notch - short drive/shuttle to drop off or just walk 100 yards down hill and clip in. Can’t wait to get back to enjoy the sunsets off the back deck.

Great steamboat stay!
Really enjoyed our stay here. Great proximity for skiing. All communication with the property manager was quick and easy- they were super helpful. Accommodations were as expected based on the picture and slept out group of 6 comfortably. Only feedback is that none of us got hot showers the whole weekend, just lukewarm showers. In fairness, we never attempted to remedy this by calling the property management so it could possibly have been remedied. Would stay here again!

Great property in condo land
Clean and well maintained unit. Had a group of 6 that slept comfortably. Large kitchen and grill for cooking. Host was very responsive and accessible. While not ski-in/out it is less than a 5 minute walk to the slopes, which we did daily

Holidays in Steamboat
Perfect space for my adult family of four. We used the kitchen extensively and found it to meet all our needs. I loved the fact the two bathrooms were separate from the bedrooms allowing early raisers to prep for the day without impacting the sleep of others. We made puzzles and played games after dinner and enjoyed watching movies on the large screen TV. Everything functioned and was clean which is always nice. We were within walking distance to a short downhill run to the gondola. Easy use in both directions.
Hot tub and pool were great for end of day relaxation. Would definitely stay here again. All family members gave it a thumbs up.

Clean Comfortable Condo near Steamboat Resort Base
My wife and I recently stayed at this condo with my son, daughter-in-law and their two children for a short spring ski vacation. It was the perfect size for our family. Although not a ski-in/ ski-out, access to the slopes was an easy 10 minute walk to a green trail where we skied down to Steamboat Gondola. The place was provided with all of the amenities described in the listing. There was a locked room outside for ski storage with racks for boots and ski wear located inside the condo. We had parking for two vehicles... one by the condo and another in a parking lot a few steps away, near the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The outside deck off the condo provided a nice sunset view over the mountains. We were all very pleased with this location and would consider staying here again in the future!

Killer Location, A lot of Room BUT Needs some Love.
Great location, lots of room. Easy parking + plugs for electric cars!
However, there is no air conditioning and the entire unit was VERY hot. We couldn’t get some of the curtains to come down (on the upper windows). *Beware* the upstairs fire windows are SUPER dangerous with children/curious toddlers. Like, a kid can easily fall out.
A lot do the walls were very dirty - this place could use a new layer of paint. And, heed warning with the stair bannisters they are not attached again…an easy way for kids to tumble down the stairs.
The deck is a killer place to catch the sunset.

Yes, this condo, like most in the mountains, does not have AC and you were visiting during some of the few hot weeks we do get during the summer. We appreciate you bringing up the few maintenance items that need attention, next time, please reach out during your stay, we are here 24/7 to assist with anything that comes up and could have addressed these concerns immediately. Thank you also for raising those safety issues as we take them very seriously, and because of your feedback we will be able to address them before hosting our next guests. We do appreciate your feedback, the owners of the condo actually have some painting and new carpet on the agenda for this fall so things will be looking fresh for ski season. Christmas stay
The location of the unit was good but the negatives out- weighed the location. The unit felt dirty for example the bathmat in the downstairs bathroom was worn and stained (just replace the mat). The bunkbed was very uncomfortable so my adult child slept on the downstairs couch. We couldn't get the fireplace to work which was a huge bummer since we had a beautiful white Christmas. Carter attempted to fix it but apparently they've had problems with it. He also attempted to fix the running toilet downstairs but it still gave us problems.
I judge places on whether I would stay there again and I would not stay here again.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that we could not get the fireplace working on Christmas Eve/Christmas for you, ultimately it needed a local fireplace service tech to make a fix and unfortunately they were not open during the Holiday but did come on the 26th and its now fixed. The toilet chain was twisted a bit and has been fixed.
We appreciate the feedback on the bunkbeds. We had not gotten any comments before about them being hard and the owners have taken measures to alleviate that so any future adults staying in that room will be more comfortable. Bathmats were also replaced.
