Timber Run 310 is a spacious two-bedroom condo. The suite features a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with a large table. The living area has comfortable furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. The condo has two TVs, two DVD players, and free WiFi for your enjoyment.

Enjoy being just steps from the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat!

Great stay for spring break

Great location to shuttle and pool/hot tub. Kids loved the bunk bed setup. All mattress very comfortable, we all slept well.

Great accomodations... neat, clean and up to date... easy access, easy bookng, check in and check out... we no complaints.... everything was just as advertised if not better. We had acgreat stay.

Very clean and spacious

Great space, hot tubs were excellent after a day of skiing. Shuttle to the mountain base was convenient, they were a little busy at the end of the day. Short walk to the resort base for easy dining (though maybe a little too long to do in ski boots) and a short drive 5-10min to downtown steamboat. Would definitely recommend and stay here again myself.

Does not disappoint!

Timber Run was amazing. The unit was perfect. The location to the hot tub and heated swimming pool was great! The shuttle that is provided by the resort was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped. The ski locker was perfect for storing the skis and poles. I would definitely stay there again. Loved the whole Steamboat experience.

Very Steamboat

The decor with a combo of ski/Colorado/ranching/nature themes is Steamboat to the hilt. The gas fireplace added further ambiance. We had family staying at another condo property and were able to have enough dining space for all of us. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but could do with a complete set of cookware. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs and pool, especially when the snow was falling. We will definitely book again!

Fun anytime of year

This was a great place to stay. King bed in the master bedroom and full size bunk bed in the second bedroom. My kids were very happy. We did Strawberry Hot Springs during the day and did a rafting trip with Bucking Rainbow. Lots of fun any season.

Pool very loud from inside unit/not well maintained

Master bed frame broken, loud with any movement, and very uncomfortable mattress. Unit is directly outside and close to the pool. Was very loud inside the unit. Some pillow cases and bath towels smelled really bad. Sliding door screen just leaning against door. Broken Venetian blind. No salt/coffee filters. Tv remote batterie exploded/corroded and didn’t work. Garbage disposal not functional until we reset the breaker and ask maintenance guy for a key. Would not stay in this unit again, and will likely not stay in a Vacasa property again.

Excellent!

My wife and I visited Colorado ( steamboat springs) for the first time and both of us were very happy with this place. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived, I have to say it was a lot better than we expected. We would definitely go back during winter for the skiing season. Also, their is a hot air balloon ride literally 2 blocks from this location, and the best Mexican food restaurant We’ve ever had. Definitely worth the money.

Great Stay with Our Family

The location of this unit is great for heading to the pool, as it is on the ground level. We appreciated the newly remodeled kitchen and the entire unit. We enjoyed our stay in the summer.

Even better than expected

My group had a great stay, the condo is nicer than the pictures, the beds were very comfortable, super easy access to the pool and hot tubs, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a late arrival but I called ahead and the office associate had our room keys ready in a lockbox. We'll be back for sure.
