Hermoso condominio de 1 dormitorio a solo 2 cuadras de la base de esquí y de todas las tiendas y restaurantes. Completamente remodelado con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Este es un gran condominio de 1 dormitorio que aumenta casi 700 pies cuadrados.

La cocina es grande y abierta a la sala de estar con electrodomésticos de última generación y una hermosa isla en el medio.

Sala de estar decorada con muy buen gusto, con TV de pantalla grande, chimenea de gas, sofá cama y acceso al balcón con vistas al valle.

El dormitorio es grande con cama de matrimonio y mucho espacio de guardarropas.

Baño completo con tocador hermoso y su propia lavadora secadora, ubicada en el espacio del armario junto al tocador.

Hot tubs were a good temperature and very clean. Very nice kitchen although we didn't use it much. Good location close to ski area and downtown Steamboat. There are stairs to get to the unit and there are no grab bars in the shower so older people like us need to be careful.

Location and amenities were great. The only thing I would say is the listing states 2 bedrooms and while it could sleep 4 this is a bit misleading as it is really a 1 bedroom with a pullout. That said, would certainly stay here again.

Cozy Place With Easy Access to Bus

Hi Everyone, This is a cozy place and the local, free buses stop right outside of the parking lot; very convenient to take the free Purple Line Bus to the mountain to ski.

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, it is in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the gondola. The condo was clean and everything worked well. One suggestion, bring your own pillows if you stay here.

Very clean and cozy

This condo is well cared-for and highly recommended. The cleanliness was excellent, it was plenty large for our family of 4 and is decorated in a modern mountain way, perfect for Steamboat. There are not many restaurants within a short walking distance but it is a close drive (or bike ride) to downtown or the ski hill. The after-hours check-in process was easy and we had a wonderful time.

Paradise is Steamboat Springs

Came to visit our daughter in early July. She has lived here for the past 4 years. My first time and my wife’s second. Beautiful escape. Property is in a perfect location close enough to town and all the restaurants and far enough away to enjoy nature, the beautiful scenery and just get quiet and relax. Will be back!

Great Location to the Base for Skiing!

We skied Steamboat Springs in December with our two college-aged boys and had a blast. There is a ski closet, but we recommend you use the rental process at the base of the mountains. Walking was faster for us than waiting for the bus. We skied one night and had to walk back with our skis and boots, and never want to do that again! We missed the last bus.The condo is one-bedroom, but we were happy to find a sleeping mat and plenty of bedding for one of our boys in the main bedroom closet. The other slept on the pull-out and said it was comfortable.We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room as we watched college football bowl games. It was cozy, but comfortable. We brought a crockpot and frozen meals as we wanted to just relax after a full day of skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make it the perfect vacation.The washer and dryer were not working for our stay, but we had brought enough clothes, so it wasn't a big deal. The walk to the hot tub was farther than I thought it would be, but there are multiple, so plenty of room for all!Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely come back!

Weekend Getaway

The property was clean and pretty well kept. Check-in was the only bump in the road… I clicked on the map to go to the property and looked for the office for check-in only to find a locked clubhouse. I reached out to the host/property manager who was very responsive but she told me I had to drive to the office in town. Minor inconvenience and turned out just fine but wish the map would’ve taken me to where I needed to check in. Otherwise the property was great.

Good location / Good condo

The walls and floors of the condo are paper thin. The one day, there were 10 kids at the pool going back and forth between hot tubs. Bus stop right at the property which was awesome. Condo was clean. Annoying to have to pickup/drop-off keys across town for check-in and check-out. The physical keys to the unit were old and sometimes took forever to get into the key-hole. Overall was still happy with my stay, but not great.

Nice stay in Steamboat

Absolutely great remodel of this condo. The inside looks amazing. Everything we needed was there. Great place to come back and relax in after working during the day. Check in/out process was a little different, having to stop in at an office. Wish they’d have had a keypad on the front door. Only other very minor issue was the screen door for the balcony was a bit wonky. It came off the track when opening and was a pain to get back on. Didn’t open the screen door again. But as I said, that is a very minor issue. Overall this place is great.

Nice interior upgrade to condo

Nice interior. Decorated nicely. Upgraded appliances are nice. A few downfalls are: 1) Walls are paper thin. You can hear all conversations (yelling, crying, swearing) of people next door when you are in the bathroom. If I can hear them they can hear us. 2) Please get some sheets that fit the bed correctly. Ridiculous we had to try to remake the bed EVERY day. 3) The couch has seen better days. Very uncomfortable to sit on for very long. Had to use sofa pillows to sit on to add some strength to the sagging piece.

Perfectly perfect in everyway!

The entire set up of the property was sooooo nice, inviting, warm, cozy, super clean, well sticked with everything as far as amenities, appliances (including a Keurig!), supplies, two rooms and bathrooms!! Plenty of sleeping spaces and linen. Big kudos to all the little touches that made our stay amazing! It was perfectly decorated, not busy or stuffy or overwhelming. We really enjoyed walking in and the property smelled like Christmas! It was a nice touch and all the more inviting! There were also heavy duty plastic shoe mats perfectly placed by the entrance for dropping off wet icy snowboots and not getting the floor all wet. The storage closet was also great to have close by and plenty of space in there. My two kids and I really loved this gem! We did have a small hot water concern upon arrival but it was addressed immediately and everything went swimmingly! Thanks so much! Highly recommend this property and hope to get back soon and stay longer!!

Quick jaunt to steamboat

I’ve always had good luck with my VRBO rentals, but this one was lacking. The parking and the location were nice, but the pool was constantly crowded with kids and seemed murky. Additionally, the condo had a musky smell to it that we could not erase despite keeping windows open and lighting a candle. The toilet broke the first day we were there. I also noted mold on the shower curtain and the sheets must’ve been bought from a with as much as the cleaning fee and fees were, it doesn’t seem like a good deal in hindsight because the fees were egregious, and it was a very outdated condo except for the kitchen plus it was not soundproof at all, and we were kept awakened by neighbors on all sides all three nights . bargain because they were so scratchy.

Property was great, but check in was a nightmare.

When we arrived at the condo, all of the outside furniture was crammed into the living room, so the first thing we had to do was get it all out onto the balcony. A picture had fallen off the wall and the plug to the TV came out. We had no idea why TV was not working. Two of the remotes had no batteries. We got help quickly, but it was a really awful way to start a vacation. Too bad, because the unit itself was fine.

Disappointed

Exterior of units are very worn with peeling paint and loose handrails. There was no screen door on the slider, let in flies/mosquitoes. Not even a standard height toilet, same as in our granddaughters pre-school. Comcast box was not working for both days of our stay and owners did not appear to be helpful or care. Sheets were ill-sized for the bed and kept pulling off during the night. Would not recommend this unit - the maintenance man that tried to fix the comcast box was very pleasant.

Mostly awesome

This is a very well cared for and appointed property, one of the best we’ve stayed in. I’d happily stay here in the summer with just my wife and I. But we had 3 adults so we needed to use the sleeper sofa and we were here to ski. And to be fair, part of my rating is driven by the fact that we rented in peak ski season and paid top dollar per night so my expectations might be distorted by that. What could be improved? 1. All sleeper bed suck. This sleeper bed made the bad ones look good. Didn’t realize until night two that there was a foam topper that the staff had put on the main bedroom mattress by mistake that was meant for the sleeper sofa. That was better, but it was heavy and awkward and a huge pain to take off and on and store every morning. 2. The main TV needs updating to a smart tv; we couldn’t sign into any Netflix or other streaming accounts. Can’t remember the last VRBO where I couldn’t do that. 57 channels and nothing on. 3. The pillows were horrendous. 4. The main gondola is exactly .5 miles away (Apple watch measurement), and more like a 15+ minute walk in ski boots . That’s a huge difference vs the description and a really long walk back after a hard day skiing. 5. Had to go to a central office to fetch keys. Been years since I had to do that as well. Needs either a lockbox or an electronic lock. Still, it was quite a nice unit overall and well appointed. Quiet. Handy ski lockers right outside the door.

Could have been better

Pros - location, size,. price. Cons - found sex toy in master bedroom on floor. Not the best family experience from that. Screen door broken, toilet had issues filling, and shelf missing from fridge. Worst is that I emailed management and never heard back (3 days and still haven’t heard anything)..

Comfortable and good location

Really not a bad place for a middle of the road condo. Very clean upon arrival. Bed was abit too soft for us but tolerable. The one major concern was the unit reaked of marijuana smoke upon arrival. Due to the ventilation system we were inundated with this smell as well as cigarette smoke off and on..
