Beautiful Beach House in Montauk's desirable neighborhood, Hither Hills. Sleeps 7. House sits high on a hill allowing panoramic ocean views. If you look on the VRBO Map there only a small handful of houses this close to the ocean and all of them are more expensive . Soak up the sun at this beach-side retreat. Two-minute walk to one of the most beautiful and serene ocean beaches in Montauk. Included are beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. The only beach in Montauk with deeded beach rights--which means the beaches are never crowded. You will be given a key to a private parking lot on the cliffs to park your car, should you choose.
The house has a stunning brand new patio with wood burning fireplace and new Weber Grill so you can enjoy a drink in the evening and roast marshmallows while listing to the waves crash on the beach. The house is just a short walk, or a two-minute drive to Gurney’s world-class spa and one mile to Montauk Village.
The first floor of this upside down home includes the master bedroom with private outdoor deck, two additional bedrooms, and a large bathroom.
The second level is open and spacious surrounded by large widows with a cathedral ceiling. Tons of natural light with ocean views and cool ocean breezes! Sonos music system throughout the home. There is an additional bedroom on the second floor and a separate bathroom. The large wrap around deck with a 2nd BBQ grill and patio furniture is another perfect spot for outdoor dining and entertainment. This house has no shortage of outdoor living space to enjoy what Montauk is all about!
The house also features a secluded outdoor shower with cedar planked floors to wash the sand away. Also there is a brand new ping pong table in the basement!!We truly hope you enjoy your stay in our favorite spot by the sea.
** This is not a share house and will only consider families situations. There is a strict noise ordinance enforced in this neighbourhood
All others are considered on a case by case basis. No groups under 30 No Bachelorette/ Bachelor Parties please. 8 person maximum, strictly enforced.
