This house is perfect for a family vacation. Nice pool, well appointed kitchen. The house is air conditioned! Joe was friendly and available for any questions. Looking forward to returning again and again.

Fun Couple Weeks!

Joe has a beautiful home with a great outdoor set-up including a nice pool area, a few decks to enjoy, and an outdoor shower. The set-up of the home with the living room and deck on the top floor allows you to experience sunset views and lots of natural light. Further, the pool table in the basement is a fun activity! The house is also in a great location close to many different beaches, montauk downs, and downtown.

Montauk Sunsets !!

We had a wonderful stay in Montauk. The property was wonderful and close to the Marina and the Ocean. The property owner was always available for questions and was a pleasure to speak to. If you want a quiet location but near all the amenities of Montauk then this is your house. And the Sunsets were amazing

Great place for a couple of families

Unique layout worked well for 2 families to spread out and enjoy the week in Montauk. Heated pool saved the first cooler days and game room kept the kids occupied for the one rainy day. Location was in the middle of everything so a quick bike ride to the marinas or gosmans and a 5 min car ride to ditch plains worked out well. Joe was a pleasure to work with and always available throughout the stay. Thanks again!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful experience with this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. My grandchildren had a ball in the pool and enjoyed the game room. The owner was very kind, responsive and made us feel at home. I can’t wait for next year.

Vacation in Montauk

Fabulous. Joe was an incredible help from start to finish. The house was exactly as pictured and was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. Joe was available to answer any questions and walked us through the entire house when we arrived. The pool and deck were fabulous. Location of the house could not have been better- very central to town making everything easily accessible. Plenty of space in each room and throughout the house. The house had literally everything you could ever need. This rental was everything we expected and more. I can not recommend this house enough!

Fantastic Stay

Property was in perfect shape - the pool manager came weekly to clean the pool! The view from the porch and top floor of the house was spectacular. The owner was also very responsive to any questions I had and was extremely friendly. We will be coming back! Absolutely recommend this property.

Great Week with the Family!

Our family (three generations) thoroughly enjoyed our week together at this lovely house in Montauk. When we weren't at the beach, the kids loved swimming in the pool. We spent most of our time in the house together in the open top-level, playing games, cooking, and watching the gorgeous sunsets from the deck. Joe clearly cared about his home and making sure we had the best experience possible. During our week we enjoyed hiking, Sunday reggae, a beach bonfire, a surfing lesson, the lighthouse and a day in Sag Harbor. Montauk is a special place and this house the perfect homebase for a week or more at "The End".

Picture perfect vacation

When looking for a house to rent in Montauk this summer, I fell in love with the pictures of this house. It looked so beautiful, yet cozy & inviting. There were other houses I looked at, but once I made contact with Joe, the owner, that helped make my decision. Joe was so helpful & accomodating from the very beginning. He truly welcomes you into his home. As for the house, it has everything - a large family room with a deck where you can BBQ & see great sunsets, a game room that my niece's boys loved, a large private pool with an area to lounge & eat, & beautifully decorated comfortable bedrooms. As for the location, it was great. Easy to find, private, & under 2 miles from town & the beaches. it was also close to Gozman's Dock. Perfect! We also checked out Hither Hills state beach & loved it - as nice as any private beach. Paddle boats in town & the lighthouse were also fun. After a fun-filled day, it was great to come back to this wonderful house & relax - felt like home. I missed it as soon as I left. This house & the owner were "picture perfect". We all had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend to friends & family Barbara, Tony & Family

We will be staying here again

Anyone looking for a place to stay on your next vacation, it is here. The house can be summed up in one word, charming. A home away from home. I spent a lot of my childhood in Montauk and my family sold our home along time ago. I staid at other places since then but they pale to what this place gave me. Not only is it centrally located, it has everything you need to make your vacation a pleasure. I loved the top floor and so did my family. We used that beautiful room the most. I loved waking up and enjoying my morning cup of coffee on the deck. The view was unbelievable. Thank you Joe for providing us with a memorable vacation. I will be in touch when I book my next vacation in Montauk. BTW… Love the outdoor shower and game room.

Montauk vacation

My family and I spent a week at this house. It was perfect. Very well equipped, clean and spacious. Wonderful sunsets from the balcony, relaxing pool and great living room/kitchen area for entertaining. Would certainly rent this house again!

What a great house!!!!

This was a family vacation for the 8 of us. We felt a house would be a better choice than renting 4 hotel rooms. The house was perfect for our needs. It had plenty of bedrooms, was close to the beaches, the dock and town. The karaoke machine was a big hit with the "singers" in our family. The heated pool was enjoyed by everyone and the outdoor shower was a very big hit!! The owner of the house, Joe, was awesome!! He made us feel so comfortable and treated us like we were a part of his family. We made many happy memories in this house and are grateful that Joe enabled this to happen. We would all highly recommend this house and are looking forward to renting again. Thanks Joe!! Toni and family

great house

I have been visiting montauk for years and have stayed in a variety of places, this year I decided to rent a house. The house was better than expected, spacious yet warm and cozy. Everything you could possibly need was provided which means we brought too much with us. The pool was a great treat after spending the day on the beach and there was always a line for the outdoor shower which was fantastic! The owner, Joe was more than helpful and it was obvious he took great pride in his home. A terrific time was had by all!! Thanks Joe

Great Time

I've rented homes in Montauk before and this is by far the very best. The house was clean and neat. The hoiuse has a very homey feel throughout. The pool was delightful and the outdoor shower was a bonus. The house is close to everything in Montauk. The owner was not only helpful but goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. Great Place

Beautiful home - would stay again!

This home is truly beautiful. My friends and I had a great stay - it was everything we were looking for. Spacious, large kitchen with everything you need, deck, grill, pool, and plenty of sleeping space. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is close to town and the beach with great views. We would definitely come back!
