This top-floor beautiful condo has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, and 2 additional bedrooms. Your daily essentials like Keurig Coffee, towels, TVs, laundry room, and much more are provided for your utmost comfort. This is truly your home away from home.

The scenic 3-mile stretch known as “The Peninsula” features the harbor on one side and sandy California beaches on the other. There are restaurants and a variety of bars and live music. Perfect for bike rides, laying out on the sand, or cruising the harbor, Balboa Peninsula has something for everyone.

*You must be 26 years of age or older to book. A copy of the current driver's license of the person making the reservation will be required.

Perfect location without being too crazy crowded!

We loved our stay. It was clean and was efficiently stocked. The new towels were lovely, the few questions we had were answered quickly and the few suggestions we had were accepted graciously.We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location with great views

The kids and I enjoyed our stay. Central location just a short walk (1-2blocks) to everything: beach, fun zone / ferry, Balboa pier, etc.

Well-stocked rental right by Balboa pier

This location fit out family of 6 well. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Michael was a great host!

Spent an enjoyable stay at the property. The listing and pictures are accurate. Liked the secure parking, and the lift was great for getting our bags to and from the apartment.

Perfect location

Stayed here for a week and the location couldn’t be more perfect! Easy walk to the balboa pier and beach as well as the harbor which hosted cute shops, fun zone, whale watching and our favorite breakfast place! We ended up having to extend our trip due to a cancelled flight and the host was super easy to reach and very accommodating! Thanks for a great stay!

Location was great. This unit is on third floor so boardwalk traffic and noise is muted. Parking is easy and secure. Lots of room and fully stocked kitchen. Primary bathroom is very small and shower door in that bathroom is very hard to move on track. The second bathroom has an updated shower. Michael is a very responsive host!

The apartment was in a great location. Some reviews noted street noise, but we didn’t have problems with that when we stayed. Mike was very responsive.

Amazing time

We had a great time. This location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to and the view from the balcony was both bay side and oceanfront. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes we needed as well as having a washer and dryer which was amazing with four kids. Balboa village did not disappoint.

Great location

The home was exactly as advertised. We were super close to the beach and pier and just a few steps away from the Fun Zone. Views from both sides of the home were great. The kitchen was well stocked although we chose not to cook during our stay. Having reserved and secure parking was also appreciated and convenient. We highly recommend.

Newport Beach

The property was perfect in location. Very easy to many attractions. Parking was in a secured garage. The owner was very easy to contact. The only issue is maintenance of some things like bathroom fixtures. In the master bedroom bathroom it is a challenge getting into the shower with the entrance door so close. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great location, Beautiful condo!

This condo did not disappoint! It looked just like the photos. The location is right by the beach. We visited with our adult children and their significant others, 6 adults. It was really nice to have both separate spaces and ample space to be together. We asked our host for a coffee recommendation and he suggested Balboa Lilly's. He was spot on, great coffee! Overall we were all happy with our stay.

Nice location but uncomfortably hot

Our family loved this location and the property manager was very responsive. Place was over 80 degrees in all bedrooms the entire stay. Living area was great and cooled off at night but summer months are rough. Back master bedroom stays very hot, no ceiling fans. Property had everything we needed for stay including beach towels which was great!

Destination wedding

Clean, easy access to city and right off boardwalk! Perfect location with shopping and eating! Uber and biking easily accessible. Note- no air conditioning, wasn’t too much of problem, but master bedroom does need a ceiling fan. Other rooms have floor fans which seem to work. We opened windows bc there were screens. All in all, very nice and will go back again. Thanks!

Location, Location, Location. A perfect spot for the Balboa/ Newport Beach experience.Right across the street from Balboa fun park and Ferry, Catalina Express, on the beach and plenty of places to dine out. The condo was just as pictured and described, so no surprises. Easy self check in and secure parking and condo entrances. Very clean and everything you need. Mike, our host ,was available if needed. There were 5 of us sharing the 3BR 2 Bath unit and we never felt crowded, OK maybe 2 baths for 5 adults was somtimes limiting, and maybe the smaller toilets were a little rough on our senior knees but we made it work Plenty of fans and ocean breezes to make up for no a/c All of the mattresses were comfortable but a little firm for our senior backs. Never felt the need to call mike on these issues because these were only age (ours not the mattresses) related issues. We had a great time and the condo was fitted out with just about everything you could need for a weeks stay Book it and have a great Beach week, Ed,Ingrid,Bill,Joni and Diane.
